Start off with taking one
I received my bottle this morning and took 2 for Weight control as directed (my point of purchase) instead of the standard serving. Once it hit me, my mouth watered like I'd be sick and I just feel like it's too much, anxious as well. Hours later, still feeling not so great. I'm not sensitive to these ingredients as I've taken something similar before. I'll be sticking to taking 1 for a while. Just a heads up!

Worst burning in my tummy ever!
Used this for 5 days and has the worst tummy pain like a whole was burning through the lining. Had to eat Tums like bon bons, and I never ever get heart burn or acid reflux. Stopped taking it and had immediate relief.

These pills really do work and help with appetite suppressing. Only downside is that you have to take them everyday. As soon as you start missing doses then your appetite comes right back! I lost 25 pounds so far with the help of these pills.

Between taking this product every morning 1 hour before breakfast and a disciplined approach to my daily eating habits, I have found that weight loss is happening, albeit very slow. I feel that I go further into the late morning before needing to eat lunch. Again, careful of what I eat the rest of the day. I have lost 10 lbs in a 2 month period.
