Table clamp not so great.
The pasta maker still has a tendency to move with the table clamp on. There is no padding on the top or bottom part of the clamp to protect your counter top. The pasta maker itself work pretty good. It takes a little patience but the results are good.

No More Rolling Pins?
While this is billed as a pasta maker, and it makes decent pasta, the real reason I got this is to roll out cookie and pie crust dough. Alas, I don't yet know if it'll do that because the holiday that I'll make a pie for is a month away...The clamp attachment doesn't really hold it to the table all that great, but I'm not overly bothered. Perhaps I'm just used to having to hold everything in position whether it's supposed to stay put or not!Fortunately, my pasta maker did come with instructions, with all "unit" type parts intact. The lack of any padding in the box is real, though, so I think I got lucky.Despite some good points, I must say that having any sort of food preparation machine be UNWASHABLE is absolutely ridiculous, as well as unsanitary. For this reason alone, I'm leery to use it more, and will almost surely look for one that can handle soap and water - and the dishwasher, too, for that matter. It's flat-out unsanitary to not be able to clean a food thing other than by putting some dough through and then throwing that dough away (what the instructions say to do). Gross!

It works well, very heavy duty.
This noodle maker took me some time to figure out because the instructions were not the greatest in the way of explaining steps by step. Once I got it all together properly and gave it a try, I was very pleased with the results! Makes perfect noodles with the turn of a handle. It clamps to the table very well and doesn't slide around. It is also very heavy and does not feel cheaply made.

Don't depend on the table clamp...
First thing is that if you're not wanting to scratch your table top or counter top, make sure you use something that will buffer the pasta maker. Do not rely on the table clamp - you'll have to hold the pasta maker firmly. It is nice to have, but I think I will be looking into the KitchenAid pasta maker attachment instead.

Little hard to clean
Its recommended to not run water over it because it can lead to rust which isn't good. Little tricky to use if you don't have good dough. But still fun to use.

Made good pasta
This is an easy to assemble pasta maker. This is the first pasta maker that my wife has owned. I assisted her with the assembly of the pasta machine. Positives: Flattened pasta evenly. Settings are easy to understand. Cut the pasta evenly. Fastened to table securely. Negatives: No recipe or tips for preparing the pasta dough. My wife found recipe and tips online.

This is a great hand crank pasta maker!
The media could not be loaded. I made homemade pasta for the first time and this machine has me hooked! This machine is so incredibly easy to use. It comes with a hook that you can secure the machine to your countertop for proper cranking. The machine flattens the pasta dough in 1 run through. I was thoroughly impressed. There are two cutting options and it comes with accessories for raviolis.I give this product a 10/10. This would be a great gift option for your family or friends who love to cook!
