I like this marine collagen and have been pairing it with biotin, saw palmetto and a few other supplements for my thin hair. I definitely think it has helped a little in preventing as much shed as before taking this collagen. Hair thinning and hair loss for women in general is especially devastating because so much pressure exists to look youthful even as we age. Marine collagen is widely known for its role in helping to strengthen hair so this product is perfect for anyone who needs hair help. It’s tasteless and the serving size is 5 tablets daily which is a lot but I don’t mind because I take many supplements daily.
