Great I love it

The lid did not lock in place as indicated. The handle was supposed to cut the heat off when lifted and didn't. I had to unplug the unit just to turn meat over. Doesn't brown like it is advertised. Meat was tough. There was nothing about this item I did like. I can broil or grill easier and tastes a lot better. Doesn't save time either.

This is my favorite appliance. I hardly ever use my oven anymore, this is so much easier to heat and clean. I always cook my Thanksgiving turkey in the Big Boss, and it turns out perfectly every time - very moist and delicious. Tater tots, stuffed jalapenos, nachos, chops, burgers, veggies... I highly recommend this product.

I like that its a lid that does everything and you just put it on top of everything. It needs air flow so is hard to fill it up with large amounts. It cooks very well. It's easy to use, and easy to clean. It was well worth the price.

The media could not be loaded. Love this airfryer. Especially that’s it’s non-toxic. It has a 16 quart glass bowl and stainless steel trays for cooking!! It also fits nicely on your counter. Highly recommended.

UN-BE-LIEV-ABLY Amazing..!! IYKYK..!!

So I ordered this fryer since it was in glass and was so large. I was hoping for the best since there were mixed reviews. Sadly I have had poor luck. The first one I got was black, it worked well but one of the baskets was sort of rusted right out of the bag. When I called amazon they were awesome as usual and offered to replace it. So I boxed this monster up and sent it back. When the white one got here (black was out of stock at the time) it is a bust. The fan seems to catch on something inside. It was really loud in comparison to the last one so we checked on it. When we lifted the lid it smelled like burning plastic. Bummer! The fan is catching on something we can’t see I guess. So back it goes... again.So as far as the first one went it cooked well and was very simple to use. The issue seems to be in quality control, thus the 2 stars.I will add that this thing is massive! Check out the size in comparison to a standard post it note. This is great if you want to cook a whole chicken but not so when you try to get it into the cabinet. It didn’t fit in a standard 11” opening of a cabinet so I had to take it in and out top, then glass bowl, then the holder and reassemble it on the counter to use it. Kind of a hassle. 🤷‍♀️

Just stopped working right outside of the return window. I really liked the concept of healthy eating.. but now I have a broken item that I can not return. They sent the wrong color to begin with. I thought I could live with it. Then it had a chip. I thought okay not a big deal. But when it stopped working all together.. what a huge disappointment. Thankfully I still have my old one.
