Easy Install, Fingerprint Reader Really Works (eventually)
I used the flexible screen protectors on my Pixel 6 because they worked much better with the fingerprint reader, but I really prefer the feel of the tempered glass protectors, so when I got my Pixel 7 I decided to give this one a try based on the other reviews. It took a little effort, but it works. The plastic frame that sits on the phone to help with installation is great, the protector gets aligned perfectly on the phone. Dust is always an issue with these, and one thing I have found that helps is to not only fully clean the table before attempting to install the protector, but I also leave the table wet. I ended up with one small piece of dust on the edge of the screen near the volume button, but it's barely noticeable so I decided it wasn't worth trying to apply the second protector from the package. Now for the elephant in the room, the fingerprint reader. Bottom line is that it works great now, but it took some time to get there. Right after I applied the protector I couldn't get the fingerprint reader to read correctly at all, which isn't that much of a surprise. I deleted and then re-enrolled my fingerprints and it worked again. The next day at work it started giving me problems again where sometimes it would not read my fingerprints, and the day after that it was even worse. I again went through the process of deleting and reenrolling my fingerprints, and now a week later it's still working fine and the phone is reading fingerprints just as well as it did without any protector.I think the issue with this screen protector is that it may take some time either for the adhesive to fully setup or there is some residue from the cleaning that is left behind and eventually makes it's way out. Either way, something seems to affect the accuracy of the fingerprint reader for a few days, but then after that it's good, or at least it is for me.

Great Screen Protector
Great screen protector. The installation alignment tool fit perfectly. Easy install with no bubbles.

Second time repurchasing
This is a reorder. The glass film protected my phone from damage when recently dropped. This is my third glass film and each time has work exactly as I was hoping it would, to protect my glass screen. The package came well made, and the tools and instructions in the package are perfect. Super easy self instillation.

So far so good.
It was pretty easy to use. It came with two pieces of glass. The only issue is that I got a piece of fuzz stuck under the corner after I used the cleaner and the stickers. And now it's trapped there forever. He did a good job of covering the very minor scratches on the phone, but the deeper scratches show through.

Great If You Don't Use the Fingerprint Reader
I've purchased many Spigen AlignMaster screen protectors for various phones due to its ease of application and high quality. This applies to this Pixel 7 version save for the fact it makes the on-screen fingerprint sensor near inoperable. After a flawless application, I enabled increased touch sensitivity on the display and re-registered my fingerprints. This should have been my first red flag, as it was near impossible to register my fingerprints without the phone timing out constantly. Once I finally had my fingerprints registered, the fingerprint sensor would work initially, but after a hour or two, it would not. This drove me crazy as I thought the phone was defective. As I was preparing to return the phone, I removed the Spigen screen protector, and out of curiosity, tried the sensor once again. Lo and behold, it started working consistently again.I ended up keeping the phone and exchanging this screen protector for a TPU one. Even though it was a much more labored exercise in applying the TPU screen protector, the on-screen fingerprint reader now works as flawlessly as it does without a screen protector. If you don't use the fingerprint sensor, this screen protector is very good. It's super easy to apply with the included tray and the tempered glass seems to be of high quality. However, for my use case, it was a disappointing purchase.

Not the quality I expect from Spigen
I originally purchased this for my Pixel 6 and aside from having to use both screen protectors before one worked, it has been great. The fingerprint and touch responsiveness was exceptional and when I upgraded to the Pixel 7, I didn't think twice about purchasing another screen protector from Spigen. The plastic frame makes alignment better for my OCD, but it isn't perfect. This time around, the first screen protector wasn't centered in the frame and had to be removed. Granted, this is more likely my fault for not paying attention and there were two included so it ended up being fine.Installing the second one was a bit weird. The Pixel 7 was brand new out of the box from Google with no dust or oil on the screen. As recommended by Spigen, I still wiped down the screen before attempting to install either of the protectors. Tiny bubbles appeared at the edges of the glass of the protector and we're incredibly difficult to remove. The top two corners of the protector have never quite "stuck" to the phone's screen. While there were no visible bubbles under the protector, lightly pressing in those corners of the screen would cause the protector to lift up, allowing dust to get under it.As mentioned, this phone was brand new. The protector was installed before the phone was ever powered on. During the first startup, the fingerprints needed to be registered. They have been incredibly flaky for consistency. I have even done two sets of fingerprints for each thumb (4 total). Additionally, the responsiveness of the screen has dimished significantly from what I expect from the device. Many of my inputs don't land where they should have. Enabling the dev feature to visualize the touch input shows it doesn't line up correctly. Text input is generally off as well.I really wanted this to be the produced I expected it to be. I just cannot recommend this product. I hope the version I got for my Pixel 6 was the standard of quality for this product, not the Pixel 7 variant's quality.
