Don't waste your money
Don't waste your money. I have tried 3 of them and they are all the same. They stretch out quickly and become ineffective. Worst of all, they have left black permanent stains on the pillow cases. These chin straps are terrible.

No more mouth breathing and loud snores
I got this for my husband. He’s a mouth breather when he sleeps. Sometimes he snores loud with his mouth open too. It came to a point where I no longer sleep in our bedroom to avoid his snores. I’m glad I got this chin strap because it works with his breathing and snoring. He no longer breathes with his mouth open when asleep. He still snores but not as much as before. He’s been using this chin strap for days now and we’re happy with it. I’m sleeping in our bedroom now. He looks strange with his chin strap on though but that’s more bearable than his snores.

This chin strap has one size and it was too big!
Let me start by saying, I always have to buy the larger size. This chin strap has one size and it was too big! Yes I said too big. I have used the full range of Velcro to get it smaller and with that it does not support my chin to keep my mouth closed. Also, I should have washed it first; I am a hot sleeper and I caused it to leach black onto my pillow case. After several washings we gave up it was not coming out. To be fair it does prevent my mouth from opening the Grand Canyon but that is about it.

Design is comfortable enough to allow you to get a good nights sleep
This review is only based on only three days of use. Will write another review after a full weeks use. The fit is somewhat comfortable, however, the mask does move around a little if you are a side sleeper. After three nights use though, my wife said I did snore less so it does seem to work. Other similar units that don't work cost much more then this anti-snoring device. Need more time to evaluate. Allow

It would be great if it stopped the snoring
It would be great if it stopped the snoring. Sadly it hasn't, it's been 3 nights so far. It's not as loud, but he still snores. The positives is he says its comfortable, stays in place and seems to sleep better, but sadly not me. I do think it has kept him from stopping breathing, I hadn't heard it. I'd lay awake worrying and shake him when he stopped. I got where I started sleeping in the spare room cause I couldn't take it anymore. He won't get a sleep study done at least not at this time. We'll keep looking. If the snoring stops or changes, I'll try and post

Didn't work
Uncomfortable and wife said it didn't stop the snoring. I didn't mind the discomfort, but since it apparently stopped nothing, it doesn't get a good rating.

Pretty comfortable
I was pretty undecided to about this product, but is pretty comfortable, I don't feel it at all. I try a lot of stuff to stop snoring and was a waste of money, but this one have work pretty good so far, my girlfriend is pretty happy cause the snores are gone.

Not an effective solution for sleep problems
Wore this in an effort to keep my mouth closed while I sleep so the dental appliance I have to sleep with can do its job and not come loose overnight. While this chin strap is reasonably comfortable, it wasn't effective at all. If anything it worked against the dental appliance and just made things worse. If you have a snoring problem, see a doctor. It could be a symptom of a serious condition called sleep apnea that requires proper diagnosis and treatment. A cheap chin strap might keep your mouth shut so your snoring isn't as loud, but it is NOT going to solve the potentially serious issue causing the snoring, and that's what you need to address.
