Works like a charm
I've been using it for a few years, every night, 20 to 60 MG. Along with1000 MG of L Tryptophan. The latter is very relaxing and the melatonin helps me sleep. The 20mg capsules seem to be the right dosage for me.

Too high of a dosage
I got this and afterwards read up some more on how melatonin works in the body. Even though I have horrible insomnia, melatonin should not be used as a long term sleep aid, but more as a way to help you reset your circadian rhythm. It should be used short term and never at this high of a dose! 1-3 mg is recommended. Taking melatonin at this high of a does long term will adversely affect you body's ability to make this important hormone.
