During my period, I got bad hormonal acne (the huge red pimples with no head) and I was embarrassed to leave the house sometimes. I put these on and they cover the pimples while looking discreet on my face. After having them on all day, they extract all the impurities out of the pimple and create a head (by which you can pop the pimples if you want). I keep using them daily until the pimple goes down completely. I love these and will always have these in my skincare routine.

I have had acne problems so I’ve tried so many patches but this ones are the best so far. Patch quality is amazing, it won’t fell off your skin even if you are sweating, isn’t sticky and does the work. Also, nobody notices when I am wearing one, they are almost invisible haha. They are not too thick nor too slim. I love them.

I love COSRX! My skin drinks their products and looks so clear. I have a lot of blemishes on my face and body. I "dot" the areas on my body & face. I like to leave the dots on as long as they will stay on. For me, that is about 2 days. I wear them under the foundation on my face. I also have prurigro (if you have it you will know what it is), and the dots accelerate healing and help me to not scratch to make breakouts worse. I plan to use these for mosquito bites because they have tea tree oil in them which should help with that itch, too!

These clear fit patches are way thinner then the original CosRX patches, so they're a lot more flush with your skin. I would say they are invisible when worn on bare skin if it wasn't for the fact that the material is a heck of a lot shinier then the original CosRX patches. Basically whenever your face is exposed to light it will reflect off the patch. They do a great job of protecting your skin and siphoning gunk out of your acne spots, but if you plan on wearing makeup over these, they don't hold pigment very well. I use CosRX's blemish control cushion and it slips and slides right off the patches so that I have makeup-even skin tone all over my face except one perfectly round very red circle on my chin. The edges of the patch especially stand out after a few hours when the makeup seeps under the patch a little and has wiped off on the top of the patch. Overall I still really like this product and use them constantly. Even with makeup on they're still way more manageable to hide then any other patch out there. Most are to thick and don't hold pigment AT ALL. Just keep in mind you may have to reapply you're makeup on the patch periodically. The item was exactly what I ordered and came at a doesn't rate.

I first got these at a local Korean skincare store, but as I was running out decided I HAD to get more. I don't break out much but when I do, I cannot resist picking.These have helped so much not in just reducing my ability to touch it all the time, but it significantly reduces the time for healing. It is barely noticable on my face and I think it's a great product. Usually lasts about 1-2 days before it gets a little gunky. I've even gotten it wet and it's been fine. I do not wear makeup so I can't say how it fares under a foundation.

These never let me down. Love how invisable they are and can wear them during the day.

These patches work great for covering open blemishes, which allows me to put makeup on them without the makeup aggravating the open wound. I don't use these for fighting acne because plain hydrocolloid patches don’t fight acne. Their job is to cover an open wound to help keep it clean and to turn any fluid seeping out of the wound into that white gel. I’ve seen people put these patches on closed pimples on their face and think that the white gel that formed on the patch is pus that somehow got sucked out of their pimple. Hydrocolloid doesn’t magically seep into the skin and then pull pimple gunk out onto the patch. You can actually put one of these patches on a clear part of your face and the natural oils that seep out from your skin will turn into the white gel substance on the patch. So all in all, I think these patches work great for what they were intended for. (FYI, my included review image doesn’t show the entire amount of patches I received in the package. I’ve used an entire row of them already.)
