The Birds Love this Feeder
I usually build my own bird feeders but my wife saw this one at Amazon and wanted it for the yard. It is not only very attractive but it is large enough for birds up to about the size of a cardinal, which is perfect because we get a lot of wild doves out here in the country and they sometimes crowd the smaller birds out. This is not a problem with this feeder because the doves find this feeder uncomfortable and either go to my bucket feeder or stay on the ground eating spilled seeds. This feeder is constantly full of finches, cardinals, titmice, and nuthatches. It has become our favorite feeder and I highly recommend it. I don't recommend many bird feeders, but this is a really good one. A bonus is that it is well-built and the plastic is showing no ill effects from the UV rays of the sun so far. If I buy another feeder it will be this one. We really like it.If you want to know the cons of this feeder, there is one. The birds like it so much that you will have to fill it often even though it holds a large amount of seeds. I am getting some really good pictures of the birds that visit this feeder and the nice looks of this feeder make the pictures that much prettier. I can't wait for the goldfinches to get here.

Made Well ..~!~
I had a different feeder and we hardly saw any birds on our deck.. I saw this one and really liked the look..We set it out after cleaning it , and filling with seed..The birds came { some mornings there will be 10-15 feeding at once and singing } We have seen a few new breeds as well , but the area where the seed falls into the tray , well it is small, not much room for seed..I was looking at them out the slider and saw one bird up there just tossing seed onto the deck turf { we bought 2 mats } We pulled the mats to clean , it was full of seed at least 1/3 of a bag full , that has happened twice..I must admit though that it is kinda funny to see that ONE BIRD throw all that seed..I also put up a sunflower seed bell , and have purchased some meal worms , a little bird jelly , and a mix of premium seed ...I'm a novice when it comes to bird feeding , but have always loved watching...I'll keep this feeder for the smaller seed , and the new one will be for all other treats { it's a blue glass one made for those treats }.. As long as they come we will continue to feed and enjoy them..~!~

Great
I like the ability to lift cap and fill while hanging.

Birds love it - I'd like it to be larger.....
This feeder is quite small, at least for our birds' taste. I have to fill it every day, as the goldfinch and cardinals (mostly) keep it occupied all day. I use sunflower seed, as the mixed seed seems to contain a large amount of 'filler' - stuff the birds don't like.

Nice
Nice piece. I bought this for Mother's Day, so my mom can hang at her new house. She really loved it and the size was nice. It is all plastic, but didn't seem too flimsy. I would definitely recommend!

Junk
Very fragile even for small birds. Fell apart!

Probably ok for just birds
The squirrels destroyed it in a couple weeks. It would probably be fine if squirrels could not get to it but it is far from heavy duty.
