Strong and accurate
These taps have been working great. Compared to most others they are easier to center and stay straight if tapping by hand, they are stronger and cut better therefore less prone to bind and break. Ive used the same tap to thread steel and aluminum several times with no issues. I definitely will buy these again when needed.

Works better than taps with single direction flutes
I've used these for a few projects now and they have held up which is a blessing as I don't own a welder so if one ever breaks inside something being tapped it's a nightmare to remove

Nice quality tap! I wish I had bought them sooner.
I was having some trouble threading a few holes. After I confirmed the proper diameter for M3 threads, I determined it must be a faulty tap. So, I ordered these. I'm so very pleased.It's great that they're sold in pairs. I like knowing that I have a spare waiting int he wings. In the meantime, I've threaded a few dozen holes in various materials: brass, aluminum, and even some mild steel. I was able to thread a full 22mm depth with this baby, and I did that over a dozen times.The spiral cut not only helps get the swarf out of the hole, it also facilitates getting thread cutting lubricant in.For the price, I don't think you can do better than these. Get some thread cutting lubricant, for sure. And a good tap handle.

Unreliable quality
Ordered a set that literally shattered getting tightened into the ER20 tap holder. Got a second set and the first tap has done almost 25 holes in stainless 304.

Yes two 'cheap' taps were better than the one special one I paid more for. That single one snapped on first use amd felt dull. These cut beautifully.

Works well
Needed to thread M4 6mm deep through hole in stainless 304. Tried both standard and forming thread taps with a starting hole of 3.5mm and broke both.This time made the starting hole 3.7mm diameter and used these uxcell taps which cut through it like butter. Very happy with results.
