Good customer service
The media could not be loaded. I had issues with the item received and the vendor contacted me and offered a replacement. Once I receive the replacement I will update the review with new pictures

These bottles are great the only thing I’m upset about is the letters are white and on light colors you cannot see very well what it says

Good quality.
The spout is not easy to open. Not sure if it’s gonna be easy enough for my 2 year old to use. Also wish I could have changed the font color.

I bought these for my nieces birthday. Good quality and great appearance. Both loved them. They were eight and eleven.

Shipping costed more than the bottle
I went with this company as opposed to others on Amazon because they had great prices and great options. Unfortunately I did not realize that the shopping cost was MORE than the product! There was no options for other shipping either. I paid 12.99 for shipping and waited over 2 weeks for the product. I am definitely not happy about that.As for the product itself, it’s a very nice, heavy but light water bottle, very slick features and easy to clean. It is leak proof which is important with children. I will update my review in a few months once I see how the decal holds up. I noticed it’s just an aluminum water bottle with a wrap on it for whatever color and name you chose. Not to sure how well this will hold but we will see.

I expected something better
It's actually a really good water bottle it keeps it cold. Down side is it is smaller then I expected. Also the design chips off real easy. . I had bought this for my child for school. On the first day they comes home and there's paint chips missing all over it because it fell or it was rubbing against their backpack. For the price I guess I expected something a little better. But all in all if you don't care that. The paint chips and that it's small. It's actually a really good water bottle it holds the water it keeps it cold. It's somewhat leak proof.
