This kit is perfect for making rolls and sashimi. Though, I will never use it again because the amount of time and the level of frustration that goes along with making sushi is not something that I will ever be partaking in again! I will never complain about the price of sushi again!!!

This kit has everything you need to start making sushi. Keep in mind that it doesn't include instructions, so look for videos or recipes that include instructions for that. I've been making my own sushi for a while, so I had no problems with that. I think that, for the price, this is an excellent kit! It includes a lot of things in a cheaper and more compact package than the more expensive ones.

This is a Christmas gift to a rice lover who loves to try new recipes. Everything included to do your best. The little weighted duck chopsticks' holders are such a great addition to tge kit!

Poor quality plastics. Very irregular edges and prone to warping and breaking. Not a fan of this at all.

The set comes with everything you need to make sushi but it could use some instructions for people starting to learn how to make sushi. They could update the description with links to a guide, youtube, or something. I've never made sushi before but just having the pieces to make it doesn't help. I need some type of guidance. The photos on the page do have some instructions for one of the pieces but not all.

Unlike many other starter kits this hooks you up with all the basic things to crank out some good home made sushi and pretty quick. The process of making still took hours but the quantity I made lasted a day or two and feed four people easily. The sushi canon alone makes this kit worth it. You pack it full of rice and the center with your fancy fish and ect. And mush both sides together and mash the handle down to compact it all together, remove the cover and squeeze the loaf out on your wrap of choice. Made making rolls fast!
