This product was the most highly rated one for bunion relief, but it simply provides a cushion between the bunion and the shoe, which might help tender skin to heal. However, it can exacerbate the problem if your shoes are tight! From my experience it is better to buy gel spacers which fit between one's big toe and second toe, which not only improve the fitting of one's shoes, but also correct the misalignment to some extent.

It is thin. It gets gathered while walking. I can't use it.

the prouct was received and it is not like the picture, flimsy quality and the bunion pads do not sit firmly either. for the money i paid it was a let down.
