I've been using the 5m cable to drive an external monitor for a little over a year now. I works great and never had a problem till recently. Contacted Club3d and had a replacement in 2 days even though I was outside the warranty period with 0 hassle. This is why I'm a repeat customer, things break that's life, how willing the company is stand behind their product (and how hard they make it) is what separates the great companies from the bad.

When I originally got this cable 2 years ago, I used it to connect a Steam Deck to a 4k TV via a usbc dock and a usbc coupler, in such a way that the steam deck controls could be used from a nearby couch instead of leaving it docked nearby the TV. This cable preformed excellently in that particular use case. Now, I tend to lean towards this cable whenever I need to validate that a usbc port uses DPalt mode 1.4 or if a device needs a 10gbps connection, because it has been a solid option every time that I have reached for it. Currently I am using it to make a secondary monitor a one cable option between a usb4 port and a portable display with no reportable issues on the cable that I can find.

Does not charge or allow file transfer. Cable has been thrown in the garbage

I bought an small portable external 4k monitor(CUIUIC off brand with 10-point touch) to extend my ThinkPad display, the provided cable wasn't quite long enough(I was worried about breaking the port in my laptop), I went through several cables and research on the USB-C madness and yeah... This was one of the first cables I found that allowed me the extra few inches I needed, and the only cable I needed to BOTH power, receive video, play sound, and use 10 point touch from the touchscreen. Pricey, but good quality. If I ever need a more powerful USB4 cable I will probably look at what's available from Club 3D again.

These are good quality cables, but order on Friday, and wait to tell me you don't actually have them till Monday when they are due to ship for my project the next day is unprofessional.

This cable is exactly what I needed. No connection issues anymore with my Lenovo M14t.

Could not find a USB-C cable over 6 feet in length to carry the video signal from my Dell XPS desk top computer over 12 feet away from my Dell video conferencing monitor. After going through several USB-C cables with no success this one did the job. Excellent product!!!

I've tried tons of other cables on Amazon, and this is the only one that worked as advertised. If you need a 10 foot cable or longer, no passive cable will work, you need an active cable like this one. It's definitely a bit pricier, but it can fully support charging over that distances and maintain the advertised 10Gbps speed. Excellent product, very sturdy, and also bidirectional (most cables like this only work in one direction).
