I recently took my full size refrigerator out of my business, but still wanted to get my Amazon fresh groceries delivered at work, since my home isn't in the delivery range. That also means the food is already thawing for an hour before it gets delivered. So, I needed bags and reusable ice packs that could stay cold for 10 hours before getting the food delivered, and then hold up for another few hours before getting the food home (another 3-4 hours, so the ice stayed mostly frozen for almost 14 hours in these bags). I bought some cooler shock reusable ice packs to use in these bags (definitely better than the little thin lunchbox blue ice things), and used every blue ice pack I had too, just in case. I avoided ordering things like ice cream or frozen waffles, because I've noticed those don't arrive frozen by the time they deliver the groceries. I mainly ordered frozen meals, mini pizzas and refrigerated stuff. The food was still frozen when I got home! The only thing that thawed were some frozen french toast sticks (I took stuff like that out of their boxes because I figured it would help keep them cold better if they had direct contact to the ice). The refrigerated stuff was plenty cold still too. This bag is way more insulated than any of my other ones. It has great storage capacity, definitely a little bit less than my other bags because of how thick the insulation is. Super easy to use and super high quality materials. Comfortable to carry, even with some extra weight in the bag. Would be versatile for keeping foods hot as well. It's a little unrealistic to be able to put this in the freezer or fridge like the instructions suggest, to pre-cool it before adding the reusable ice packs, but if you have the ability to do that, I imagine it would extend the time it can keep things cold. These are worth every penny!

Absolutely love this cooler! It keeps everything cold for hours, even in the hot sun out on the boat. The size is perfect — holds plenty without being bulky, and the insulation really works. It’s also super easy to carry and clean, which makes it great for quick trips or full days on the water. I’ve already recommended it to several friends, and they love it too. Excellent quality and value — highly recommend for anyone who spends time outdoors or boating!

I am giving this a 5 start for its value. have several of them. One got a leak from a beer camp punching a hole in the inner lining of the bag. but the bag still keeps things cool. I got almost two years before it started to leak. I use it every weekend; heavy use. I will buy again. But just keep in mind the liners are not puncher proof. It is not a yeti or anything like that but you get MORE than your money's worth.

I almost returned this because they sent the wrong color. I was looking forward to the cute blue color but they sent one in charcoal grey. I needed it for a road trip so decided to try it out. I was pleasantly surprised with how cold it kept my food and drinks! After four hours, I reached in for a drink and it felt like I was sticking my arm in a very cold refrigerator! It works so much better than any other cooler that I've ever owned! I didn't even fill it with ice, I just used a few small reusable ice packs. It kept my items cold for over 8 hours. I haven't tried it for hot foods and did not test it for leakage. It is lighter weight and easier to carry than hard sided coolers but still quite bulky. I assume that it's necessary to be bulky for better insulation. It fits nicely on the car floor between front and back seats and didn't fall over. I definitely recommend this cooler! It is a great size for road trips and will come in handy this summer for bringing home cold foods from the grocery store. If you layed it on its side, it would easily hold large pans of hot foods. It would also work well for food delivery drivers.

Exactly what I was looking for. It keeps drinks and ice cold. It's great for bringing groceries in or long road trips. It folds up nicely and is durable.

Very happy with this cooler bag. Immediately took it on a 3 day trip and it worked perfectly. Ice held for 3 days just like it claimed. SUPER HAPPY

Have been using this cooler for about a year and half now; maybe once a month at the most and have mostly been happy with it. However the zipper pull is plastic and the ends of the zippers are very poorly stitched together and sure enough the end of the zipper came unstitched and the zipper pull slid right off and as hard as I may try there is no way to get the pull back on which has rendered the whole bag useless now.
