I use it for my wet liner and it stays put. The only product that I can find that stays long term.

What can I use to remove all of the eye liner?

I have had the best results using a makeup remover stick (I am currently using Wet'n'Wild's remover stick.) I rub it over my eyes, cheeks, wherever the makeup is, then massage it into the skin gently. Then add a little water on your fingers and rub into the remover so that it gets a little slippery. I then use a makeup remover cloth (one of those ones that has a soft side and a sort of firmer exfoliation side) and after wetting that with warm water, I can remove all of the makeup. I sometimes end up with a small amount of staining from the red eyeliner, but that goes away after a day.
