It's a wiper blade, it does what it is supposed to do - clean the rain off of the windshield. Install was easy, everything fit well.

The box includes a QR code that takes you to a very short video showing the installation. (The box even has a ruler on its long edge, including metric). What the linked-to video does NOT show is how to uninstall the old blade - for that I had to consult my owner's manual. Nevertheless I do not consider that omission a product flaw and I was very happy with the ease of installation and subsequent performance of the wiper. I can't rate the longevity yet.

Took a chance and ordered 16" length (14" is stock) for rear of my 2012 Forester.) 5 Plus makes it with the Rock Lock 2 so it attaches just like the stock rear wiper without needing any extra, ugly & confusing adapters. Great price for silicone beam wiper.

Seems to be a quality product, easy to install on my 2020 Subaru Impreza, functioning fine so far. Delivery through UPS was a headache--I had to order this product twice and wait a long time for it to finally arrive, then go on a scavenger hunt at my apartment complex to find where they dropped it off (even though Amazon deliveries are supposed to come right to our building). The packaging was smushed--it had obviously been under some heavier items for a decent bit--but the product does not seem to have been affected. So five star product, 1.5 star delivery.
