I cannot believe I never knew about bonnets before now, these are great, I have to pull it down halfway on my forehead to make sure it stays on during the night but my hair is perfect in the morning, it’s unreal!! I actually had to get it as one side of my hair keeps breaking, possibly caused by the pillow as it’s the side I sleep on so am hoping this will help, this will take time to see the results but I never knew how it would keep my hair perfect overnight as another benefit!! These ones are great value and good enough quality too!!
