According to my expert, it's a fast cube
This was not for me but for my teenage son who watched youtube videos on how to solve a Rubik's cube. We had several of the what-I-think-are-'genuine" versions laying around the house, and as he's become better at solving it (can do it now in under a minute), they were falling apart, stickers coming off, etc. So he asked me to get this one for him, and within minutes of opening the box, he was loving it. Feels a lot different than the old cubes, has some 'spring'/flex to it, and most importantly, is fast, he can do moves now with just one finger. Takes a little bit of breaking in, less than an hour, and I applied a tiny squirt of silicone lubricant to the innards, and now it's quite zippy. He's happy, I'm happy. Decent price for a good product. I hope it lasts and will update my review later if it doesn't. === update a couple months later ! Since Amazon wrote me to answer a question, thought I would update my review... still 5 stars! My son has rocked this little guy out for a couple months and it's held together well. Once in a tiny while one of the center cube covers will fall off (this is how you adjust the tension, there are screws in each one) but that's rare. All sorts of little and big kids play with it, other than being nicely broken in, has held together. Still has my recommendation for any mid- to serious Rubik's cube lover!

With some modifications/tweaking this can rival a $60 cube!
I own the Gan 356 X, Gan 354 M, Gan 356 R (custom magnetized), Moyu Weilong GTS3 M, Moyu Mofang Jiaoshi MF3RS3 M, and even have the yet to be released Gan 356 XS on pre-order, but I have to say this is now my current favorite cube. Yes, I'm serious! With a little modification and tweaking, a $6-9 (depending on where you buy it) cube is actually right up there with a $30 and even $60 cubes. Now, this cube is decent enough right out of the box, but to be really good it does need some setup/tweaking/lubing, and to get it to be my current favorite, I magnetized it using a 5x1mm Strong Magnet Kit from TheCubicle.com. FYI, the only reason I used these particular magnets is because I had previously ordered this magnet kit for magnetizing my Gan 356 R, but the 5x1mm magnets are too large for the Gan 356 R and interfere with the reassembly. So I bought 4x2mm magnets from GaussBoys.com for the Gan 356 R and used the larger diameter magnets in this cube. They worked great! Despite being called a "strong" magnet kit, at least in this cube the magnets are really only medium strength. Using Gan Magic lube and these magnets, the cube is buttery smooth, quiet, and very stable. I loosened each tension screw 1/2 turn, and corner cutting is now excellent, while still be very stable with no corner rotation (admittedly likely due to the magnets). I just cannot emphasize how incredibly smooth and quiet this cube is! The cube does have a frosted finish to it rather than glossy. I don't mind it, but some people don't like frosted. I find it gives me more grip on the cube, but most people report the opposite with frosted cubes and prefer glossy for better grip. I don't particular care for the colors -- they're a bit brighter/florescent than I prefer, but I'm unusual in that my favorite stickerless cube colors are on the darker Gan 356 R. Still, at least this cubes colors are different enough that solving isn't hampered. Sometimes with brighter colors red can look like orange, yellow can look like white (or green), etc. These colors aren't that bad, but they're just not my favorite. I really feel this is one of the best cubes out there right now. Yes, it requires some modifications and tweaking to get it there, but they're really easy to do and you'd be hard pressed to beat this price for a flagship level/quality cube.

Good cube, current plastic is a bit meh
Bought one of these several years ago and just ordered another for my office. Still a good little speed cube, but I feel like the quality has gone down a bit. Plastic used to have a nice texture to it, but now it’s just slippery gloss.

Stop looking and buy this cube!
If you're looking at this Cube then trust me just buy it. You don't need a $20 Cube and you don't need a magnetic Cube unless you're already in the under 10-second range. This cube is extremely smooth, feels great, and turns great; just buy it. When a friend was curious I let them borrow it and they liked it so much that I've let them keep it and I just bought another one for myself. My only complaint is that on both cubes I've gotten the yellow side has been much looser than the others, but all you need to do is remove the yellow center cap and with a screwdriver tighten the screw slightly to make it perfect.

Good price, high quality, give it a try. What do you have to lose?
Beginner or advanced doesn't matter, the quality of the cube is way higher than the price and what I expected. I bought 2, use 1 and save the other for later. Just a bit edit using a screw driver and 2 drops of lubricant, it gave me 22s average of 5 instead of 24s using my old cube.

Awesome Performance
Really fast cube. Corner cutting is great. And the shipping was really fast. Great cube overall. The cube is fast but it’s not fast where at a certain point it is uncontrollable.

good starter cube for the price
Smooth and well put together for the price point.

Good for the price!
I like it. Seems like a good first cube if you don't want to commit to the hobby since it's alright on it's own and pretty easy to upgrade.

I'm writing this after 10 months of using it, mildly overall because I didn't use it for the last 2 months. There is literally nothing to dislike about this cube. It's fast. It's controllable. It's lightning fast after lubing and doesn't get uncontrollable. AND you can customise it by putting magnets into it, it's a cheap and preferable upgrade (I've heard N45 magnets work best with it). Prior to this, I had QiYi The Valk 3 which went 5 years without a scratch until one of its pieces broke while putting it together (if you're wondering, I had bought it for ~Rs2300). After that, I kinda lost interest in cubing so I bought the cheapest, most preferred, most tested cube in history .... YUXIN LITTLE MAGIC ✨ And it's almost been a year since I bought it. I haven't lubed it or cleaned it in months (which you should), and it still RUNS. Absolutely recommended. And I bought it for Rs313 10 months ago, but I'd still recommend it for the price of even 500, it's that good.

This is the *cheapest* speedcube in the market by price. This is what makes it so special. Why is this *speed*cube so cheap for its price? Well, although you might think that this cube is perfect it has got all qualities to be considered as speedcube but the sticker quality (on stickerd version) or the plastic quality (on stickerless version) of this cube is very poor. If you buy stickered version of this cube, all the stickers will be ripped of or will get worn off automatically after couple of months… If you buy stickerless version of this cube, after opening the box and playing with it for a little bit you will instantly notice that although the plastic is non sticky but it looks so bad, even the colours on it doesn't look so good, shiny or glossy as you might have seen in other cubes… So is this cube bad? Obviously not, if you want a *speed*cube in low price you would have to compromise a little, and that comprise is in the plastic/sticker quality of the cube otherwise it's the best cube you could have ever felt. What makes me to say that this cube is best? I am not an experienced cuber but I already am aware about some basic things in cube (e.g. corner cutting, magnetic strength, cube tensioning, etc.) I almost have been solving cube since last 2 months atleast and what I can say about this cube is that :- 1) This cube can literally corner cut at 60° (max) angle. (I have measured it myself) 2) This cube can also reverse corner cut at 30° (max) angle. 3) This cube have non-stick plastic which gives you good grip on the cube. 4) This cube is so fast that you will definitely overshoot if you don't tighten the default tensioning of the cube. (although I like the default tensioning) This cube has best ever out of the box feeling…I can't describe it try it yourself.
