Letting go is apart of your healing journey!
I was going through a break up recently. Been with the person for 3 years and it was hard to move on and letting the person go. I was clinging to the fact that we had happy times so it’s okay if sometimes we had bad/ toxic times. After reading this book I could let go and find peace in being in love with myself and realizing that loving the wrong person can hinder you from growth and better experiences in life so it’s best to just let them go. Focus on your peace and yourself. You deserve all that the world has to offer so when you let go you’ll realize that your person, your long term happiness is out there you just have to take the first step. This is a really good book to read….

Good book in physical form, mediocre written work
Decent production of the book. The words inside are vague and more of a announce the theme book rather than exploring or figuring out the topics or doing any heavy lifting. In addition the work doesn't have a easy to read style. Author splits sentences like poetry but without any of the rhythm or pattern. Heavy on the trust God theme too
