The item is supposed to include a video of exercises and how to use the product. Unfortunately the link included with the product instead takes you to a link advertising a flash drive. S having to find videos on Youtube instead

Not worth the money
I returned this item as I personally didnât think it was worth what I paid for it. Specially when very similar products can be purchased for half the price or sometimes less.

Damaged storage bag
The equipment it self seems okay but the storage bag is ripped therefore unable to store the equipment properly⊠can this be resolved please?

I will really like getting into this workout with this bar. The exercises included are in a small pamphlet but useable, the video is actually at the end of the Amazon ad for the product , for those saying no video is included. You tube is great for this đ

Works great with vibration plate
I recently ordered a vibration plate from another seller, and though I'm happy with it, the resistance bands do not add enough challenge to my workout. This set works perfectly with my board and adds the additional resistance I need, along with adding to the variety of exercises I can perform. Very pleased with the quality and this set is much nicer than I expected for the price.
