heh
I really wanted to love this. I just can't find a true crisp but non scratchy percale sheet. I have sets that are 6 years old from One Kings Lane that were on sale. They don't have a really good sale anymore so I'm searching. This one is okay but not crisp enough. I like them to sound like paper out of the dryer and stay crisp on the bed. This didn't . I'll keep it because I hate to return stuff. It isn't terrible just not great. Still searching.

I thought that I was pretty adept at web/online product research
I thought that I was pretty adept at web/online product research. But I sure missed this one. I had bought "Egyptian Cotton" bed sheets from another seller with great reviews from almost everybody. While realizing that Amazon can sometimes lump reviews that doesn't even apply to the exact item in question a 100% of the time. I wish Amazon would only use reviews that pertain to the exact item. I bought the "Egyptian cotton" bed sheets. And it felt very itchy and rough as sandpaper. I can't use it much at all.The King bedding set cost me around $140 dollars. So I went back to the item and saw a similar review just after I had purchased mine. Some how the item's description remained the same but the seller's name is different. So I didn't leave a comment. Anyway, if you are interested in the different types of cotton available.I should of Goggle Search different types of cotton online first. It was an eye opener of the different nefarious schemes out their in the marketing of bed sheets,to dog medications, etc. I came across Thomas Lee and read their company advice on their web site. I then Google Search for USA Pima Grown Cotton and found a ton of useful information dealing with thread counts and many other useful info.So I bought the Thomas Lee brands and have been very happy with my decision to. I was somewhat weary of the $140 bucks that I just wasted.I just bought another King fitted sheets from Thomas Lee in Amazon. The reasoning is that i need to use it and wash it over and over to get it where I'm comfortable. For those who cannot discern between an itchy ,rough sheet versus a softer textured one-you are very lucky because you can buy anything that you want. I'm certain that not all "Egyptian cotton" is bad. I'm sure that there are some excellent ones out there. You just have to do your diligent research to find reputable manufacturer out there. The Thomas Lee's sheets will need multiple washings and should get softer over time. Don't know yet as I have only used them for 3 months. Maybe they start deteriorating later and I will be searching for another brand. Do your own research and go from there. If my Thomas Lee sheets wear well over time they will have a loyal customer for Life. Thank You Thomas Lee. At least for now!Thomas Lee 100% USA Grown Pima Cotton Luxury King Fitted Sheets100% Finest US Grown Pima Cotton

Perfect percale
This turned out to be my dream sheet. It's large, no stretching required to fit it on our Cal King mattress. It's thick and full of high-quality cotton. It smells heavenly after hanging on the clothesline all day. And it's cool and comfy to sleep on. Can't say enough good things about this sheet. Expensive... and worth every penny.

Good quality and value
I waited until I washed and dried this sheet three times before writing this review in case it should shrink /shred etc. It has laundered quite well and feels better with each wash. Remains easy to put on bed without undo tugging that stresses the corners. Not quite as crisp as what I wanted, but all in all, very good quality and feel. I will likely purchase more from this line.

Crunchy and smooth.
Wonderful sheets. Cool, smooth but crunchy as crisp sheets should be. Will continue to buy but these will last, no doubt.

Subtle Comfort
When this first arrived, I was disappointed. It came out of the dryer wrinkly, and while it felt nice to the touch, the texture didn't stand out to me as amazing. However, as time passed, I came to appreciate the quality of this sheet. I realized after about a week that my previous (polyester blend) bedsheet had likely been the cause of a rash on my back. Compared to that experience, the relief and comfort of sleeping on this bedsheet instead is well worth the money. My skin is happy, and every nice I get to enjoy the simple comfort of feeling this nice bedsheet against my skin.

Worth the price
If you are looking for crisp percale that stays cold, this is your sheet. It's absurdly expensive. But I've wasted a lot more money over the years chasing the sheets of my childhood and failing miserably. This is the best I've found, by far.

Not worth it with the price.
I was really looking forward to these sheets but I’m sad to say I’m disappointed! I used to buy Liz Claiborne supima or Egyptian Cotton sheets from JC Penny but they stopped selling the ones I buy so I’m in search of a new brand. These sheets are thin compared to what I’m used to. Also, the edges I would think the elastic on the edges would be wider/ better quality. As with other reviews, the edges are kinda loose even for my deep mattress. I haven’t washed it yet so I can’t tell how it changes after a wash. Also not near as soft as my Liz Claiborne sets that were a quarter the price! I think next I plan to try Egyptian Cotton from hotel collection from Macy. And the search continues...
