I bought this around 5 months ago for a road trip with my 3 year old nephew. It worked great for that!! Totally recommend it, if you have kids in the car for extended periods! It kept my phone and his iPad charged up great.After I would just throw it in my purse or glove box and it would save me time and time again.Recently, I broke down on the side of a highway, in the middle of no where, with my phone barely charged. This battery pack not only got, and kept, my phone charged inorder for me to call and get picked up by a tow truck (3 hour ordeal), but it kept my phone charged up for the 2 nights I had to stay at a hotel without a wall charger. I didn't even have to try to conserve power, and I wouldn't have been able to because I had to be on call after call to get the situation straightened out.It does take a while for it to fully charge, because it is a big battery (two to three times as long as your phone would take). I usually just put it on to charge before I go to bed and by the time I wake up and check it, it's charged. I try not to over charge or over heat it, because that can damage it and lead to it not holding a charge. (I saw some reviews saying they charged it for days. Don't do that.)Also, the charging cord matters. A higher/better quality cord will charge faster 👍

I bought this versus two of the 10000 mAh for travel. Also has more charge than 2 10000 mAh and the price is great as well. This is a bit heavy, but probably not much heavier than carrying two. You can get 6 full charges to your cell phone off of one full charge. Or a tablet charge and a phone. Comes partially charged, but does require full charge for first use. I will use this A LOT. (This is great for power outages too). Can't go wrong with this.

Charge is powerful and definitely gets the job done fast. BUT charging the bank itself is a hassle. Seem like it’s not charging at all at time.Update the charger it come with its very weak. Use another charger and it’s way fast on charge time.

I purchased this for when I’m at car/bike shows as it’s small enough to throw in a book bag and it was priced right. When I received it I put it on charge and thought I had a dud. It legit took forever for it to charge completely but it did. When I used it, I was highly impressed with the charge rate. It very quickly charged my phone with a deep charge like it was plugged directly in overnight. Not thinking I never charged it back up and at the next show used it again with same results. Decided to see how long the trend would continue. Each time (5x before I had to recharge it) it dependably and quickly charged my phone from between 5-10% to 100% within about 35-45 minutes. Don’t forget to grab a charging cable for your phone as this only comes with the charger for the unit only. I do recommend this little gem.

The powerbank is compact and light weight. battery is impressive. I especially like the LED indocator which shows the remaining battery life. Considering its capacity, performance and build quality, i find this product to be excellent value for money.

I only just received this product today and based on other reviews, am hoping for a favorable outcome. However, from other reviews and what I could decipher from the instructions written in broken English, it should be “fully charged” before first usage.When I plugged it in immediately I noticed 4 of 4 leds lit. That means between 75% and 100%. Is it “Fully charged” ? Who knows?I gave it another 6hours to be sure, plugged in my “half charged” iPad to try it out…immediately the power bank read 3/4 bars. 75% or less!!!Based on other comments I’ve read, this takes a while to charge, but the instructions should indicate this.It’s now been nine hours that it’s been charging. I don’t mind, but how do I know if it is “Fully charged” as recommended?The instructions which aren’t really clear, don’t give understanding. (I hold a bachelors degree in engineering, so am not a complete idiot).Other reviews are favorable, and I will try again later. Am still hopeful that his will meet my needs (at this point a weekend a month in a cabin without electricity), but wanted to let folks (and hopefully the manufacturers) know of my concerns about the manuel.

Yes, it takes a long time to fully charge (it'll definitely need a full overnight) but it's worth it. I'm able to get 2 full phone charges out of it. Seems to hold its charge well too but I haven't had it that long. Weighs a little more than my phone (galaxy s23) but slim and easy to pack away anywhere. Worth every penny.

I am happy with my purchase. I did read the reviews and my mind was coloured with the length of time it takes to charge. I plugged the USB in and yes 24 hours passed and it still was not charged. The problem was I did not insert the USB properly into the charger. The moment I fixed the problem, it charged in no time. I realize that it is heavy but I also realize that it can charge more that just a cellphone and that it maybe needed to be able to keep a charge for a period of time. I will reviev again after six months or so.

A bit slow to charge, but seems to retain said charge for a long time. Can be used three times or so to recharge a cell phone dut I haven't yet tried it for the purpose I bought it for; external power source for digital camcorder. My cam doesn't have an external battery charger which limits its autonomy. The charger bank should be fine at providing extra usability when cam battery conks out on a job.My only negative, and its not specific to this product; we see more and more sealed products, batteries, external drives, USB hubs, etc. that can't be opened for servicing and have to be replaced when they conk out for whatever reason... a product of exacerbated consumerism....
