I love the strength of these B's. I guess they all have that strong smell and that heavy yellow color, that's my experience with the B vitamins, anyway. I try to take these early in the day as I do think they can give me extra energy if I take them too late. I am very satisfied with the quality and price, as well.

I started taking this B Complex because I'm a vegetarian and I wasn't eating the right way so my hair started falling out really heavily. I take this daily to help with energy. I feel like the pill does its job. As with many medications, the pill has a different smell, but no bad aftertaste. Easy to swallow as well.

You get a good number of tablets for the money. They do have a smell to them, and I was about to return them. I did some research and discovered that this is normal. Hasn't caused any stomach issues, and they are very easy to swallow.
