Not true to length
Purchased a 16 inch wig but received a 12in wig in a bag with a 16inch sticker on it .. I buy 16 inch curly hair all the time and this was was shorter !!

i had to color this hair like 3 times to get the right color. the curls are crunchy and it doesn’t look like the picture at all. if that’s the style you’re going for. the volume doesn’t match the pictures at all
