I have been using these for my Bellydance classes for the past couple of months.I bought these supports because during a 1 hour Bellydance class, my feet and arches would start hurting which would then shoot pain up my calf muscles. And I'd be in pain for the rest of class, which is not good when you're trying to focus on your form.I use these supports while wearing my split sole Bellydance shoes, I no longer have pain in my arches. I now do two 1hr Bellydance classes back to back with no pain. For me, these have been a lifesaver and I can now enjoy doing bellydance for long periods of time again.I love that you can make these supports as tight as you need. My review to this product is that you have to get used to the padding on your arch because it feels like if you’re standing on the ball but once you break it in you start feeling better from your arch problem and it gets comfortable as you’re walking or standing in the place. My heel spur feels better with every day use of it. I recommend this product for anyone that has problems of plantar fasciitis and heal spurs.

I bought them because I have a tendency to walk in my bare feet so I thought these might be a quick solution. They do help when I wear them and the ball of support is comfortable and not too hard. I did not have any pain issues but I do know how important arch support is for pronation and proper alignment. Most of the shoes I buy have arch support or I can remove the insoles and insert my own arch support orthotics

I'm 65years old and have had problems with my feet for awhile. I love to walk and very active and know I'm going to regret it later. So my sister told me about these and how it helped her. So I decided to give it a try because I was tired of my feet hurting so bad especially at night. Their a little uncomfortable at first and it takes time to get use to them when walking. I did use them when my feet were hurting and slept with them on. After having this for almost 2 weeks they have helped tremendously. If you have a hard time wearing them all day just at night promo your feet and put them on for an hour or linger. You will love your feet again! It was worth the money for me.

This is a wonderful product. I injured my foot and had very high arches. This caused the arch on my left foot to start to fall. I went to see an Orthopedic Doctor. He recommended provided inter soles for my shoes. I also bought orthopedic shoes. This product works well with all my shoes and I can even wear sandals.I was going to physical therapy three times a week.
