I'm pretty surprised with these! I have a Flat butt and wanted a little shape down there. These underwear are very comfortable and fit perfectly. The padding is actually nice you can adjust it a little bit. Very pleased for the price

First off, I ordered their largest size. I weigh approximately 190 lbs, waist is 35 inches, 5'7" height. My stomach is not flat but not too much of a bulge. It fit super tight, not comfortable at all! The waist band barely has any stretch. The pad placement is also awkward, even after readjusting the padded inserts, it gave the appearance of a squared off derriere instead of a rounded bum. My butt is not completely flat, I would describe my butt as a "high" rounded but tapers flatter at the towards the bottom, so I thought, because of the high waist band, I'd be able to slide the padding down to where it's really needed, therefore giving me a complete round look instead of just a "high butt". I'll have to return. 😞

I love love love these!! I’m a bit embarrassed to be writing a review under my real name but I wanted people to know how awesome these are! They don’t look like the photo, they’re actually not as big as that. I really think they’re great for someone who is totally flat-butted and needs to appear to have something there. I mean, don’t get me wrong, it creates a nice looking bum! If you’re completely flat and you put it on, you’ll suddenly have a bum, without all the serious workouts to create that look. I’m going to buy three or four and rotate when they need washing, I can’t keave the house without it now.Wear your undies underneath and when you wash it, be sure to remove the pads. I wouldn’t wear it sitting the house to much as the pads may wear, I’m not sure. They haven’t worn down yet, but I have had to adjust them on occasion. Have someone record a video of you walking or bending and you can place them where you think you’ll look good and then just keep them in that position each time you get dressed! For me, mine need to be placed a bit up, and a little further together, but you can place them further apart or down more and they’ll stay, at least for me they do, especially after putting on pants or leggings, or even a skirt.

I usually wear an 8 or 10. The l/xl fit great. The pads were a good size. Look fairly natural, not too big. My only issue is that they have like a wide and thick crotch gusset. So when you wear them with pants, it doesn't give any contour at the bottom of your butt. It looks like you have a pad or diaper or something. I think they'd be great with a skirt...but look like a grandma loaf butt under pants.

I bought a 2xl thinking it would fit me a little snug but still do the job. It's more like a size med. They run very small. So order 3 sizes up

I have no butt since having my first baby and gaining weight. I was 200lbs for 12 years than lost 50 lbs after my divorce. I remarried & had 2 boys 2 yrs apart & gained most of the weight back. 11 yrs pass and I've lost the weight again. This time my bottom is even flatter. This product has given me a reason to try on jeans & buy more than 1 pair.bi finally fill out the backside of every pair I try on & I love it. I feel attractive again & my husband is interested in me again. After 23 yrs of feeling ugly, insecure & staying home-Now I no longer fear appointments & going to the store. Im a size 12 and purchased a Large. It fits perfectly and holds in the uneven lose skin I still have on my stomach. It stay smooth & flat with this shaper on. Only thing I don't like is I have been sweating in them when it's hot. Otherwise, I don't feel them and they don't shift or need repositioned like some others do. I also like that they have the cloth crotch like regular undies so I can wear these alone instead of over my panties.I recommend trying them and I will be purchasing more asap.

2 Stars for Butt enhancementBut 5 STARS for the purpose I ordered them for.I ordered these because I lost too much weight and can't sit comfortably without coccyx pain. Pillows didn't work and as I'm trying to gain weight I needed something to be able to sit. I also use them on my hip and thight bones while sleeping, I just moved the pads to the side. I can finally sleep!!! I'm 5'9" and wear a size 4 (US) the XXL/XXXL fits perfectly. As far as butt pads I don't wear these in public, they may work under a dress or skirt but look strange in pants. Also if you need any sort of tummy control I'd look elsewhere as they run so small I have a hard time imagining that they wouldn't create an unflattering roll.

The buttpads make my buttocks look unnaturally larger. I was a more natural lift, but I find it too dramatic. The padding material is a strange spongy texture which needs to be more stiff.

I returned this item, as I was very disappointed in it. Even considering price, this is a bad product. The material was quite rough to the touch and low quality. To be fair, the stitching/construction of the product was good, and it would probably last a while. The padding was soft, but almost non-existent and it made absolutely no difference in appearance when wearing it or not.Overall:- Material = 1/5- Durability = 3/5- Effectiveness = 1/5- Value = 2/5
