Overall it's a solid bench it tends to move a bit backwards when in the inclined position when laying down on it if its not firmly flat to start. The padded bench isn't bad a bit on the narrow side and moves a little if you was using it for a dragon flag or just reverse crunch off of it, if you are larger than normal dude over 200 lbs you may think to get a better one. The Dip station moves on you if your not careful which is dangerous but if you load a bunch of weight on the bench it self it keeps it from moving and even at its highest setting its a little on the low side & I'm 5'6. I added a wooden skid under it to give me the extra height for the dips it really helps in making a solid contraction with out having to completely bend my knees to ovoid hitting the floor with my feet. Its feels better doing dips on this than my power tower. I'm happy with the purchase and price.

I read a lot of negative reviews about this product but still bought it because the price was really good for what I was looking for. Everything came in the box that was supposed to and putting it together was easier then others said it was. It had good picture guide and parts guide. I recommend using a socket wrench to tighten nuts. I live in a small apartment and it makes it easy to fold and unfold when I need it. I would, however, not recommend if your lifting over 200lbs just because of slight un sturdiness of the wrack. Overall my wife and I love the product and for the price I could not ask for anything better

Love it! I read a bunch of reviews and a lot of people complained about putting it together and it not being sturdy. I did not have any issues putting it together, and the directions were spot on and easy to use. I do recommend that you set aside some time putting it together, and be patient as this is not as simple as one two three and your done. For the cost, and the overall quality of the product I am highly satisfied. In today's challenges with social distancing, this is a great option in maintaining your overall physical fitness. Lastly, if you are a bigger person in height (72" or taller) and on the heavier side in weight this bench may or may not be your best option. Best of luck!

Poor quality product. It’s very small and the hardware that was provided doesn’t fit. I’ve tried getting them sent to me but all I’ve been told from amazon is that they can’t send just the hardware. The seller isn’t responding either. Also this set is a lot smaller than expected. I’m going to likely end up getting rid of it for a better quality product. It’s a waste.

I like how it folds & can be easily stored so it won’t occupy lot of space in my garage but it’s not sturdy. Can’t do tricep dips on it

I am so glad that I purchased this bench. I also ordered a bar with weights which I installed on it. I now exercise everyday which is what I wanted to do since our gyms are closed. The bench is sturdy and of great quality. It is not at all cheap. It is made of high quality materials so I was extremely surprised when it arrived. Set-up was very simple. I would recommend the bench to anyone looking to exercise at home. This purchase was a great buy!

I love it.. it’s everything I needed it to be. I wanted something at home for the days I’m to lazy to drive to the gym. It’s very sturdy , I have no problem with it being shaky like some of the reviews. I’m around 170 and I only lift around 150 any thing heavier I would rather go to the gym for, but like I said I’m only using it as a backup to supplement when I don’t wanna go to the gym. Also it actually takes up less space than I thought which is a plus.

It is cheap so it is cheaply made but it serves the purpose for my exercise goals. It works as intended so I am satisfied with it. The instructions for assembly are terrible so be prepared for that.
