This case is pretty heavy duty. The edge is raised and provides protection for both the screen and camera. It's also well padded in case the phone falls and lands on a corner. the power/earphone opening is big enough to fit most cables. My previous phone had a waterproof Lifecase. This weighs about the same but isn't waterproof. That said, it also doesn't cover the mute control or require you to undo a plug to use the earphone/power outlet like the Lifecase making it "friendlier". It has 2 negatives: I got the purple case and it shows fingerprints on the back; the open circle on the back doesn't align with the Apple logo - difference between iPhone 7+ and 8+?

This is the second time that I have ordered a phone case per this seller. I literally love them! The phone case itself is so smooth and beautiful! My last one lasted a year without needing to be replaced, and the only reason that I did was because the paint was slowly starting to chip off. The case itself has two plastic outer casings as well as a rubber protective layer that goes between and helps to protect your phone.I honestly cannot say enough good things about it. It's wonderful to look at, and feels so smooth. I get a lot of compliments on it!

Updated review : a month later. The print is wearing off, scratching off. Seems solid structure use but I’ll end up throwing this in the trash within 6 months I am sure.

This has a very nice feel. I haven't dropped it yet so I don't know how effective it is at staying together.... but I really like it so far. I got the red color for my husband and it's very nice. I almost want one for myself

This case looks exactly like the picture. It’s soft feeling and fits perfectly on my iPhone 7 Plus. But only use it when I’m out on the weekends. It makes me phone feel big in my pocket at work and school

Absolutely perfect

Shortly after buying this case I realized just how cheap it was. The reviews are true, the decal begins chipping off in just days and the case underneath is white (making it obvious). I am very unimpressed with the quality and it isn’t even worth the price I paid for it.

Super protective and the color is so cute, makes the phone a little bulky but I don't mind as I really just wanted something protective. I had a glass screen protector on from a previous case I got on amazon and this case still fit and I didn't have to remove the glass protector. Added a phone ring and popsocket to the back and its great!
