Easy to use
Only just brought this as i have been using a different one, ideal use for what i need it for, too soon to say if it is having any affect but reading other reviews i was keen to give it a go. Very easy to use and can be strapped to the dogs leg, the fact that it switches itself off after 10 minutes means you can’t over do the treatment.

Not just for dogs - works on humans too
The media could not be loaded. Thankfully I’ve not had a reason to use this heated LED wrap on my dog yet, however I’ve tried attaching it to him and he really wasn’t keen - however he was happy enough for me to hold it in place whilst he was laid down. The guidance that the manufacturers give is that you use this a maximum of 3 times a day, once switched on the unit activates and then turns itself off after 10 minutes so there’s no need to watch a clockI had a bit of a read up on this type of treatment and it looks to be quite good, so I tried the pad on my forearm where I’ve been experiencing pain over the past couple of months. I just fitted the pad in place and let it do it’s work, I felt a gentle warning sensation and a slight tingling - I ran through 2 cycles and I’m convinced that it made my arm feel a bit easier and the pain did seem to diminish somewhat.

Smaller than I expected
Much smaller even though for large dogs so doesn’t cover upper part of dogs leg

Our experience was not a good one
We're very disappointed after our five year old boxer-spaniel cross's response to the "Healed store" light therapy LED wrap. The wrap is intended to fit like a joint support around the affected area. It's a neoprene-like disc with a small rechargeable NiMH battery one one side and red LEDs on the other, held in place LED-side-in by velcro straps.Since our dog was hit by a car, we've done everything we can to make sure she has the best possible quality of life. After surgery she has the use of her right foreleg but now suffers from arthritis in the elbow joint. We use conventional medicine but are open-minded about alternative options. We use pain medication and supplements and had high hopes when we saw the non-invasive LED wrap. She had quite an extreme reaction to the wrap. She would not accept it strapped in place, or settle with it held on by hand. We think it may stir memories of the surgical wrapping and splint she had to wear for months, which ended with a very negative experience from the vet when he removed them.At time of review the wrap is £59.99.To be fair, it's been impossible to judge benefits, but I honestly don't think it looks like 60 pounds worth of equipment.Unless you are confident your dog will tolerate it, it's not something to buy just on the off chance.

Good addition to the first aid pouch
Healed LED Wrap (Large) - Infrared & Red Light Therapy for Dogs, Cats & Rabbits I Non-Invasive Pain Relief for Stiffness, Immobility and Joint Pain I Pet Calming Anxiety Relief - 12x24x5.5cmFostering dogs we have gotten used to a wide variety of personalities that come through our doors. From the shut down and timid pups to the ones that all boisterous balls of energy. Whatever the case may be they always seem to get themselves into trouble somehow, so we keep a canine first aid kid on hand at all times. This LED wrap has been a recent addition and we have been glad for it. Infrared and Red light therapy has shown great results when treating aches and pains in humans. The gentle heating promotes circulation which can help the affected area heal much faster than if it were unided. The wrap is easy to use and can be position in a variety of places on your dogs body depending on where the pains are. Though of course, you couldn't strap it around their back or waist. We have succesfully used it on the equivalent of wrists/elbows and shoulders all without much fuss.It is exceptionally useful for dogs who are more than a little hesitant to use medication, no matter how hard you try to hide it and make it appetizing for them. This way they won't have to go through whatever is ailing them completely unaided.

Seems to be easing joint pain
It's always hard to tell if products like this work as dogs are so good at hiding when they're in pain. That being said my 11 year old staffy has always had issues with her back legs (her right on in particular) and she tends to limp slightly after a long walk. I've been using this on her once a day for around 15 minutes after each walk when she's settled down and I have noticed that she seems to be limping a lot less after her walks now. She's also walking faster so I'm assuming this is doing some good.I haven't been fixing this to her leg as she doesn't like it and just rips it off, instead I've found it better to wait till she's tired and comes for cuddles on the couch. I just hold it in place while she's sat with me and haven't had a problem doing it this way so if you're struggling this might be the way to approach using it.

Great product
My dog Burt has had joint problems for several years and has really struggled in recent months to enjoy his walks. We have used the HeaLED wrap for several weeks now, I can definitely see an improvement in his willingness to walk longer and he seems a lot less stiff in the mornings. After the first couple of treatments he seems quite relaxed whilst having the treatment and it seems to soothe him as well. Really happy so far.

Might be subtle result
This product is really well made, comes with a charger and comfortable. I purchased it for my dog who has arthritis, but decided to try it on my own injured wrist instead ;) You can immediately feel a slight soothing heat, it feels like it is working, but the results aren't conclusive--no miracle. But I keep using it, because it does seem to soothe my wrist somewhat. I decided not to try it on my dog after all, because the results are so subtle, this device would just annoy her. But I do have an open mind about this product.

Don't waste your money or time
this product worked once! After trying to get it to work for 20 minutes (for a 10 minute use) several times which includes every manipulation of an electrical item you can think of, it doesn't work. returning for refund. will purchase a different product

Add this to you must haves...
One of our pups just got fixed and the last one will be getting fixed here soon. We also foster and wanted this to help any dogs with any joint issues, scaring from being fixed, etc. This worked wonderfully on our pups spay scar. It is now a faint line on her belly and while I had to hold it on there, which is why the 4 stars, she did not mind it at all.If a strap was included to hold this on other place, like the stomach that would be great. Our one other girl has joint issues already at 1 years old. She plays to hard and jumps and runs a lot. So I have used this as a preventative on her as she was getting constant ankle / shoulder sprains starting at 6 months old.I use it on her twice a week, and while right now it is cold and she is not playing as hard as she normally would I would say it is helping to keep her joints great. It's always a good idea to review comments, suggestions, pros/cons and carefully consider your needs before making a purchase.Overall, you can't go wrong with this product and we highly recommend it!Delaney's Infinity: helpful, insightful, reviews everybody can use!

It has promise.
I have been using this on my dog for 3 days. I think it is helping with her stiffness. I think it too soon to say a definite yes or no. She does seem to be getting up better. The device is easy to use. The only struggle is keeping it in place. My dog isn’t great about leaving anything alone. She hasn’t shown any signs of distress when in use. I am hopeful that this will help with her stiffness.
