Exactly what I needed!
The book is very easy to follow and the workout plans start at a nice pace. The book is not filled with difficult or intimidating routines. It is exactly what I needed.

Effective and easy to do stretches. Every senior citizen should figure out how to keep moving. Good advice on how to keep our rusty parts on the move. Thanks👍

Simple and easy to follow
I am 64 and relatively active but having some simple, well explained exercises targeting all parts of the body is a good recipe to keep healthy

good read if you never worked out
I think this book is great for beginners. You need to learn sometime. I read this this because I am very weak from having surgery three months ago.I used to be a gym rat. I can only lift 3 lbs. I just need to get back to the gym.

Exercises were easy to do and instructions easy to follow. Recommend this to all my fellow seniors.

Staying flexible.
I enjoyed learning the exercises in this book as well as the stretching exercises and use them in my workouts at the gym.

Over 60 flexibility and strength
Has good information on how to start a routine and how to do it. Very easy to follow. Photos help with exercise and stretching steps.

Good stretches
The stretches are not easy especially if you have not been working out for a long time. Just keep the motivation going! Missing week 3 in the 4 week plan. Unable to obtain audio files

Easy clear to follow.
I felt the book was good value for money. We’ll set out and at my age of 76 I could use it with a clear understanding what it needed to do them safely.
