Regal Herbs and Spices (Cajun Spice & Skillet Seasoning 10 oz)

First, the flavor is very, very good. However, it was only partly full, not quite half. The pictures shown half full container. I'm very upset because it was expensive for how much I actually got. If anyone from this company reads this, I believe your company owes me another container of Pickling Spice.

First off, I'm not sure why everyone is complaining about receiving a bottle that is half-filled. Did they even measure the ounces of the product? If they did, they would see they are receiving exactly what they paid for (and probably more). For my purchase, similar to everyone else, my bottle wasn't full to the top, but I measured my product with a kitchen scale and I received well over 10 ounces of spices.Now in regards to taste, I think this was an excellent mix of picking spices. Just the right amount of every kind of spice. My only complaint here might be that the bay leaves were crushed a bit too much, but that's really just a nitpick, because the flavors still came out the same.Overall, I think this is a great value for the price. Just ignore the naysayers about the bottle not being filled to the top. It's cheaper for the manufacturer to use all the same size bottle to ship all their items. I appreciate saving money over having an appropriate sized bottle.

I have ever used for pickling eggs. They turn out delicious, much better than any I have bought at the store.

It came half full

I was wonderfully surprised when I received this and I used this blend first as a boiling tea to cook and flavor fresh shrimp for shrimp cocktail and the liquid was beer. What a special treat! I recommend trying that and any other preparation as a picking spice, would also be great as a simmering spice for chicken.

I'm sure the seasoning mix is good (haven't used it yet) because it has all the right components. I was however disappointed after seeing the image of a nearly full container what I received was a container 1/2 full.Probably has the advertised weight amount but I don't like being visually deceived and I also don't like extreme waste like this.

I bought this because I couldn't find any at local grocers at the time. Totally disappointed with quality of potency. Fresh whole Star Anise is supposed to be good for 1 year. This was well beyond that. WILL NEVER PURCHASE THIS AGAIN.

I purchased this product along with my regular brand because I was in need and they could get to me quicker.It had very few of all other spices but LOTS of bay leaf. Most pickle spices give off great aroma, but this has NO smell so tells me also may be old. I would not recommend this brand.
