The media could not be loaded.  This is my very first time to apply gel nails and I was surprised at how easy it was. I also used GAOY Clear Builder Gel for a thicker look and love the results. The nail builder caused the gel to move on the thumb so I was careful with the other one and no mishaps. The light is very nice and is easy to use. It comes on when your hand is placed inside and you can adjust the time from 15 seconds to 60. I used 60 seconds between each layer. The colors are opaque and exactly the look I was going for. Overall, I’m extremely happy with this set.

I wanted my hands to look neater. I used to go to the nail salon every 2 weeks. I wore acrylic nails when I was younger. But as I've aged, my nails are growing much more quickly and they are much harder. It's one of the few benefits of getting older.I am hard on my nails, so gel nails only make sense. But I have found that the upkeep can be very expensive. You must remove and replace every 2-3 weeks as your nails grow out. This can be right expensive and now that I'm on a fixed income that is not a priority. But I still want my hands to look neat.So I got the removal kit as well as this one. I don't wear bright colors because I don't want attention drawn to my aging hands. I don't even wear French tips which I did for years. But I find the white also draws the attention. So these subdued colors in skin tones are great. They make my fingers look longer.I use a nail dehydrate and a nail primer first. Then a base coat, two coats of color, ending with top coat. Then I wipe it down with alcohol to remove any sticky residue. I do the light for 60 seconds each after the base coat, and two coats of color. Then I do 2 minutes on the top coat because the girls at the salon always do. And I'm done. It came out perfectly on the first try.Remember that it needs to be sticky to bond with your nail. This is what keeps it from chipping. The alcohol removes the stickiness when you're done.

this product is really good in my opinion for starters i ordered this to begin doing nails on my own or friends or family the colors are really nice and simpleit was worth the money and i did my very first sets on these im new to this but even if u do cure the gel polish it is sticky so dont touch until that top coat is on or cure it longer? i will put my very first sets and the results on the polishes

I have had salon acrylics for the last year or so and I recently decided to give it a break. It was just getting to be a pain to keep them nice looking during busy months, etc. However, my natural nails were incredibly weak and kept peeling/breaking incredibly short. I decided to get a gel kit, however, I used a kit in years' past and it was a little junky so I had no hopes. I read reviews on this set and decided to give it a try. I am SO happy I did. The polish is GREAT! The lamp cured it quickly as well. The polish "strengthened" my nail so they are going to be less prone to breaking as I work on healing them. 10/10 recommend! The light pink set gives you a "natural nail" vibe that looks so healthy, shiny and CUTE!!

Overall I love this product! very easy to use comes with everything you need for a great value.I love it so much I ended up ordering more colors. My only complaint would be that I had to return my first set due to the light stopped working right, however I was able to get my exchange by the next day.

Dont regret buying this it's perfect

I bought this to save money bc I am going to be a bridesmaid and didn’t want to pay $80 to get a mani pedi with shellac. This honestly worked very well! It looks like salon quality and when I did my nails and showed my mom, she literally ordered it the same day. One thing I want to note is that the base coat takes a while to dry. I used a fan along with the uv light and it seemed to work well alternating between the two. I also had to wipe it with polish remover before applying the color coat (after drying base coat). Highly rexommend!

The media could not be loaded.  Just opened this up and only 6 of the 30 UV lights were working. Turned on my camera to record and now only 3 are working. You can tell it isn’t made well. Super disappointed since the UV light is critical for gel nails to cure! 🙃
