Good quality sink

Quality of product is really poor and not fit as a commercial sink at all.When I have asked to return it, seller would not supply UK address to return to, despite it being sent from a UK address. Then they stopped answering my messages all together. Only once Amazon got involved and issued a refund did the company get back in touch with a UK address, informing me they wouldn't refund me until product was received. Amazon had already refunded the purchase. Dreadful product and service.

For the price, I didnt expect too much and some of the reviews were a bit negative. However I was impressed. OK, it's not heavy duty steel and some of the fittings were a bit strange (Chinese) but everything was there. It was very easy to assemble and is just right for the utility room where I have installed it.Not suitable quality for a commercial kitchen but just what I needed.PS I'm editing this to add extra observations about the drainage fittings. They really are very poor qualityand a very odd design that is totally non-standard and not compatible with normal UK plumbing fittings. I managed to connect it up but despite several efforts I could not stop it dripping. I eventually took the drainage fittings off and replaced with a normal 40mm basin trap from Screwfix.Once again the non-standard size caught me out as the plug waste was about 1mm too wide for the recess around the sink outlet. This was sorted with copious quantities of silicon sealant and is now watertight and looks fine.I wish they had either supplied better fittings or left them out completely.My other negative observation is that the tap wobbles on the very thin steel. I will have to put a support underneath.I have reduced my review by 1 star.

The first sink came badly dented but the company was happy to refund and I have repurchased. All works well. Some edges a bit sharp but fine once sealed. Also one connector did not fit British standard plumbing but our plumber picked up a replacement easily and it wasn’t a problem. Really happy with it. The soap dispenser is fun as well.

Quality is run of the mill , There is a dent in the edge of the sink but easy to fix : ) , Good for garden use

Good sink, arrived quickly, small problem with it but was resolved very quickly by excellent customer service team

This product came with three dents in it. I sent it back immediately without taking a photograph. It was also more lite weight than I expected so will not repurchase. The design was good.

Stick with this product. Again quick delivery, well packaged. This seems so small when it's in front of you, couldn't see this in a commercial kitchen. Generally the plumbing fittings are poor, felt a bit let down actually. The sink taps and framework are ok, and sort of looks the part. Eventually got it together and plumbed in, and became more attached to the sink once water was running in and out of the sink. It's in my garage, it's there for the dirty jobs, and it serves it's purpose. The longer it's there the more attached I am to my sink. I am sure there are many better quality sinks around, but for what I need this will serve me well for years to come.
