They are way too small and only cover the front portion of your teeth. The gum part is way too thick. They look like real teeth but they need to have twice as many teeth. I was trying to cover the fact I have the back 4 teeth on one side missing but it doesn't cover that part. Worthless.

I bought these January 16 th 2026. To compare with the one size fits all . These seem to be slightly larger than the one size fits all. They look like real teeth natural shade. I followed the instructions and fitted them in over my existing teeth. It took me a while to get the fit just right comfortable and secure so they snap on and stay on. No need for dental adhesive. I don't know why there are negative reviews on this Instant smile product. I give it a 5 Star. I have two uppers the one size fits all and the Professional size natural shade. The one size fits all are slightly smaller teeth. But both sizes look good to me. And feel good in my mouth. I have them lined up and secure to snap on and snap off when I take them out. I rinse them off and place in a dental partial holder, while not in use. .I read it's okay to use a dental cleaner like Polident 3 minutes cleaning. few times a week for three minutes to clean them. Not to soak over night or sleep with them in. I have eaten soft foods with them in but it's not recommended to eat with them. Take them out before eating. If you eat with them in you'll need to clean them after you eat. They are not made for eating. They are for looks. Made To improve your smile and make it look natural ! I give it a 5 Star and recommend Instant Smile snap on Veneers. Worth it!

I followed instructions. Made 3 attempts. They would not mold properly. I am missing teeth on the top of my month in the front. After the third time. I looked like a freak. I was going on tv and did not want my smile to look like trash. These teeth did not help at all. Went as is and tried not to talk much or open my mouth. This product did no good for me. Maybe other people had better luck

Very happy. If you take your time and fit them a few times it's definitely worth it, especially if you have missing or damaged front teeth. I wear these when I'm not at home to cover my 4 top front missing and damaged teeth until I can afford the dentist. I can smile again. Tip: as you get used to fitting them, get a basic fit, then try to pinpoint the area you need to add or remove the fitting material, then just dip that area into the hot water and adjust until that area is good, then do other small areas one at a time. They aren't perfect, but if your teeth are as bad as mine, you will love them, if you take the time to fit them. It took me a couple of hours to get them right. I drink with mine in, but I let my coffee cool a little because I'm afraid very hot drinks might soften them, but not sure. I have used them 6 or 7 times and people close to me didn't notice them, just that something was slightly different. My mom ask me if I was doing something different, when I smiled, she thought I had gotten my teeth fixed. Because they aren't bright white they don't stand out and they look pretty natural. They feel a little awkward at first but after they've been in a little while, you get used to them. I have a very slight lisp when saying several words in a row that start or end in s, but other than that I speak just fine with them. I'm pretty sure I could get an even better fit, but I'm going to wait until I get a second pair and try with those, because these are pretty good and I don't want to mess them up. I'd like to know how others are cleaning them. So far I am just rinsing and rubbing them to clean, as I only wear them a short time, but they are going to need a better cleaning.

I do not recommend for full mouth temporarily.

They came broken right off the top, almost split in half. Not to mention they were way way to big for my mouth, and I even measured my mouth and the description measurements to make sure I was getting the correct size. And it ended up being an waste of money. I would definitely be up to trying another size that didn't come shipped broken off the bat. Thanks

I've gotten the Imako brand teeth, the Instant smile comfort flex, & just tried these Instant smile professional cosmetic uppers. Always be sure you're buying the real Billy Bob brand Instant smile products & not the knock-offs (there are A LOT) bc the difference is definitely noticeable. My favorite & most life changing are the Instant smile Comfort Flex. They feel like real teeth, look like real teeth, & as long as u remold until fit is perfect, they will change your life & bring back confidence to smile & be out in public again! I've gotten 2 pair of the comfort flex so far & u have to be very careful when heating bc if u handle it too roughly while soft the will rip like 1 of mine did. But no worries, the rip was right in the middle of the 2 front teeth but I super glued them back together & there's no sign they ever tore. It's so VERY IMPORTANT to remain patient during fitting, try less or more fitting material (depending on how many actual teeth u have) & don't get discouraged or give up, the end result is sooooo worth it! Once u get the right fit, you'll know bc it won't feel awkward, bulky, or cause any issues with your speech & then u realize why so many people have given this an unfair low rating bc they gave up before they got the right fit, therefore didn't get the results that are very possible & completely life changing & it's sad to watch all these people rate it after not trying over & over to get the right fit so they don't realize that they have a miracle piece that they're not gonna ever experience the benefits from. The only reason I gave the professional cosmetic uppers 4 stars instead of 5 is bc they were a bit large for my mouth, although if I had less natural teeth on the sides they'd probably fit perfect but my main problem is my front teeth. But otherwise, this company is giving people their live back, a reason to smile again, & definitely changed my entire mood out in public from embarrassed, always hiding, & very ashamed to eagerly smiling, laughing, & talking directly & confidently without that massive worry of people judging me. The only people who know they are fake are my very closest friends that I told about the experience & shared the details with, the greatest part is when your family & others that have known u your entire life think that u had expensive & quality dental work/partial/real veneers, it makes me wanna cry tears of joy for once! I smoke with them all the time, I eat soft foods with them without any issues & after 3 months with the comfort flex, absolutely no sign of staining & still holding up solidly & I wear them everyday, all day, sometimes I forget & sleep with them on. These are worth the time & effort & for the price, omg, it's a life saver & brings self esteem & confidence that is so beyond great that it's truly beyond words that can define the miracle in the power of these teeth! I wanted to also share about the Imako brand, they were the lightest to wear but the most false looking bc of the lack of definition between the teeth, also they seemed to not be shaped like real teeth should look & they feel like extremely thin, weak plastic. Also if your a smoker the Imako brand is a waste bc they stain immediately & badly & no bleach, peroxide, baking soda, lemon juice or whitening gel will ever get them clean. So my experience & personal opinion is to go for the Billy Bob Instant Smile comfort flex or professional cosmetic uppers ALWAYS over the Imako bc if you're trying to decide which ones to try like I was save your money & disappointment by skipping the Imako experience & stay with the Billy Bob brand name, they haven't let me down & I plan to purchase these always if ever the ones that are holding up amazingly ever finally wear out, thank u BillyBob/Instant Smile for changing my life!!! I was excited to get these, I am saving up for implants because as a teen and into my adulthood I suffered from Bulimia and it destroyed my teeth. I worked for an entire week to try and get these to work for me, no matter what I did, they just wouldn't look normal. I tried with the adhesive that was on the back and it just made them look like horse teeth, I took it off and just used fixodent, and it wouldn't stay on. I tried with just a small amount of the adhesive it came with and then tried to make it stay with the fixodent and it wouldn't work. No matter what I did, it just wouldn't work for me. I did get them fitted properly, but they looked unnatural, horse teeth. So I am out $35 and have a useless tube of fixodent.

If you had all your teeth in the front might work, without that they wont stay no matter what you do. no good.
