This probiotic is great! They don't require refrigeration and It seems like my appetite is reduced since beginning these and I am eating less. I bought one for each family member and we take two daily. I am so sensitive and all of the probiotics I've tried in the past have had this horrible starting phase that make it hard to want to continue, or that if I do but then run out, have to start all over again if a week or two lapses before I get more. But I didn't experience any negative effects with these tablets and they seemed to start working right away. Easy to swallow and all in all a great product!

I love this probiotic
I love this probiotic! I have been using probiotics daily for several years and always ended up switching to a new brand when the bottle is finished because I don't like how they've made me feel. This one however, has truly made a difference. It hasn't upset my stomach or made me feel bloated at all! I will certainly be ordering this brand again to keep up how well I am currently feeling! Highly recommended.
