I'm a huge fan of Japanese City Pop and it's creator Tatsuro Yamashita. The first son of his I heard was "Funky Flushin" off his 1979 "Moonglow" album, and I was hooked. I previously purchased his "Ride on Time" album, which is my favorite, and this one is equally as good. This Yamashita-san's second album and every track is good. The first track "Love Space" is an emotional and heartfelt ballad that fuses classical and pop together flawlessly. It is a track which you can put on repeat. Even if you can't speak a lick of Japanese you'll still enjoy this disco inspired album.

Questo è l’album che mi ha spinto ad approfondire la carriera di Yamashita. Ancora acerbo e molto meno popolare dei suoi lavori successivi, questa raccolta contiene tracce tra le più famose dell’intera storia dell’artista come Love Space, Solid Slider e Candy. A tempo indeterminato nello mio stereo!

音楽史に残る名盤です～やはり達郎サウンドのグローバルさが出ていますね！テクニカルなミュージシャンの参加は、確実に音楽レベルアップされています！最高です！

いま、良いのだ。この弾ける感覚。高まり合うセッション。アナログながらもcdに入り切らない温度感スタッフの名前を列挙するだけでもビビる。もう亡くなった人もいるし歌ってる本人も出せない若さがある。まじで時代の産んだ奇跡のタイミングにできた１枚。電子楽器全盛のいま、聴いてもらいたい。エモいぞ！やばい。尖ってるなぁ。。
