This book was used in one of my college courses. It was great to learn more about the personality types and how they impact our steps towards success in our workplace. I have the book and the Kindle version and enjoy them both. It is a great read.......

I give Type Talk at Work a Five Star Rating since it is so easy to use by anyone who works with people. I use the book in my business consulting practice as a way to gain a quick read on my clients. I pass that information on to the client so he or she has a better understanding of the unique skills they bring to their position.

One of the main challenges of any team leader is getting their team to work together and really leverage their different styles. With the emphasis within modern business on "diversity", there are few good definitions about what that means. We have gone beyond the typical gender / ethnic / racial categories to disabilities / preferences and other meaningless classifications. The work on the Myers-Briggs type indicator is by far the best approach to understanding how your team and workplace functions.A leader will be able to better understand the reasons for team's success and failures through the lens of their preferred personality type. This book is easy to read, provides great insights for practical application. Have you ever wondered why someone does what they do? The MBTI analysis is essential to understanding the comfort zone of your team, coworkers and even you spouse.A must have for leaders!

This book has done a phenomenal job of covering many bases on how personality types function in the workplace. As someone that works closely with others throughout the day, I'm amazed at the insight I've gotten on how people are wired and how each personality type's strengths and weaknesses can manifest. I'm hoping I can get some of my co-workers to read this because I really see a lot of value in the information presented. Empathy and understanding between people can be a very powerful thing.

I recently got certified in the Myers-Briggs instrument and bought this book for some further reading and education. It is a great, simple overview of the 16 personality types and provides some activities to help identify your type. I'm planning to provide this to clients at trainings I conduct from now on. I'd recommend it for anyone interested in learning more about the Myers-Briggs and the ways in which type affects your work interactions.

I bought this for my coworker for her birthday (she’s really into Myers Briggs) and she LOVES IT! I find her reading it on breaks and talking about how applicable it is to our team at work. The condition was good and I have no complaints.

Not only have I enjoyed reading this book, but my co-workers are as well.
