There is some conflicting information about what the max bulb wattage is. I bought model 50182 and as of 4-9-2026, the sockets are labeled 40w max. Seems to be a nice fan/light, good quality, looks nice, quiet operation, plenty of light with 4-40w incandescent bulbs. install was slightly easier than the average ceiling fan. No complaints yet.

Nice fan! The manufacturer did something unique that I really like. Instead of putting all the screws and washers in one bag they pre-installed them in the correct location. Now keep in mind that before some assembly steps it's best to remove them, but it's nice to already know exactly where they go from the start. Installation was easy with these hardware items. Fan works very well, quiet, and looks good with the dark frosted light covers. Highly recommended. Also, a general tip for all ceiling fans: a large diameter fan on a low speed will move far more air than a small one at a high speed. Get a big fan and set it to a low speed for best efficiency. GREAT FAN!!! Super easy to install with easy to read and understand instructions. Four speeds. All speeds run smooth and quiet, without shimmy or vibration. The 4 lights provide more than adequate lighting. Overall, the fan has a nice, clean distinctive look. Honeywell out did themselves this time! A spectacular buy for the money! I give it 20 STARS!!!

What a great fan nice and quiet at all speeds. Also no vibration or wobble. Lights are nice and bright, one bulb burned out rather quickly but with the other bulbs still on it’s plenty bright. The breeze is perfect we have ours in the kitchen and in the summer provides nice cooling in the winter it helps keep the heat circulating around the room. Easy to install by one person or your favorite handyman.

I love this fan, it looks fantastic and I love the dual colors so I could pick one that matched the floor best facing down. I read over the instructions for a solid hour before I gave up and had someone else install it though and I build most the furniture in our home. Not for the inexperienced.

A great, well made fan at an affordable price! Nice that it has 4 speeds, so finding the perfect speed is always easy. We were able to install it in less than a half hour too. Only concern are how short the fan and light pull chains are (only about 4 inches), which are too short for non-tall people to reach in a room with an average height ceiling. (We fixed that with some third-party extension pull chains). All in all, highly recommended!

Nice design. The brushed nickel is lovely and the medium-dark oak color is nice looking. The light fixture with its 4 white colored, translucent sconces makes the lighting bright with no yellowish hue. It’s very quiet. The fan puts out a lot of air when it’s on high. Good value, too.

Bought this to replace a bedroom fan that was out of balance past the point of no return (a kid with a ladder, and a ceiling fan, dont mix... crazy eh?). I though it was going to be a "brushed nickel" finish to match the rest of the house, but its much closer to a polished stainless steel. Very nice finish and everything seemed very high quality. Install was a breeze, and only took about 30min. No steel cable to hang the motor on while wiring it, but the mount system itself takes the weight while you wire, then just slip it out and tuck your wires back in to make room. You could likely leave them sticking out of the receptacle too if need, as long as the don't rub on the motor right below. This this is pretty quiet too! On full speed it puts out plenty of breeze. It came with 4 LED bulbs for the lights, and damn are those bright! Shouldn't have any issues with a dim living room. Definitely thinking of getting another and would recommend to others.

Very neat looking and running fan assembly. typical ceiling fan installation. just follow the directions. it will work with a remote but one is not included. I got one for an extra $22. One thing I did not like was the fact that there is no safety cable on it. a safety cable will catch the fan assembly in the event of a dropage or an accident, especially during installation. I have never seen this before on a ceiling fan assembly. I added my own from an old fan assemble I had.

Instructions were quite comprehensive & I installed it myself...only asking an electrician one question first. I do have good hand skills though & took it in stages from a stepladder, mount first, take break, then complete motor & blades, then lighting package. I fired up the fan motor by itself once connected & it was noisy with a small harmonic to the hum...no matter, this all cleared up once the blades were mounted & the whole assembly then became acceptably silent. The rustic bronze/brown paint surfaces are attractive, as are the lamp sconces which are mildly "antique" looking. Happy with the fan, lighter in weight than my last one.
