I am 75 with diabetes, stage 3 COPD, asthma, stage 3 kidney disease and bad back pain. I started taking Reishi and quickly felt really good, I could breathe so much better and my back pain went away. I realized what it was like to feel good again. Sadly, I started getting severe nose bleeds that would almost soak up a towel. I did a little research and found out that it can cause nose bleeds in people with liver disease and liver disease involves the kidney too. I felt so good that I kept taking it, but the nose bleeds were relentless. It broke my heart to have to stop taking it. The nose bleeds continued for a couple of months, but were getting more and more minor with each one. Two days ago I had just a tiny one. Before taking it, I had only had one nose bleed in my life and that was over 60 years ago. The back pain is just beginning to come back again, so that stayed good for quite a while. I do so wish that I was able to take it.

I rotate my mushroom supplements and put this one into my mix. I’m super happy with the quality and the capsules are not real large.

Relaxation

I've been taking this supplement for about 5 weeks now. I started taking this just because my friend recommended it for immunity. I've already been sick three times since October and was looking for something to just give me a break haha. I actually haven't gotten sick since! Also, I haven't been walking up during the night which was surprising. I wasn't expecting much from a supplement but I'm really happy with it. Oh and I am not good at taking pills so I reached out to the vendor, I was told that you can just open the capsule and pour the contents into hot water before drinking. Overall I'm really happy and will order it again after I run out.

I take turmeric every day. I prefer the blends with the black pepper, so I thought I would try these. The description states 1350mg, but that's not per capsule. That's after you have taken 3 in a day. Per capsule, the dose is only 300mg of turmeric. I wish that was more clear; I don't like taking supplements multiple times a day as I forget. I think that after I finish these, I will likely go back to my higher dosage ones so that I only have to take them once. I guess it all depends on what dose you need or want. I like the blend, though, because it also has reishi mushroom powerder as well.

I was looking for some mushroom nutrition products cause I’ve been taking it for years. I like trying several new brands and find out which one I like the most. I can tell you I absolutely love this one! Very easy to swallow and makes me feel good. Mushrooms has tons of nutrients, if you do not like the rest of mushrooms and wants the good of it, you should absolutely consider this product!

Don't trust this product. Only took it once and had severe cramping, nausea and almost diahrrea. Was it from the supplement., a possibility and then went back and checked the packaging and realized this was made in China. Have been on another mushroom supplement made in USA and had no issues like this with American made product. Only reason I tried this was because it had fewer types of mushrooms and my great oversight in missing the fact it is a China product.
