My 22mo old lovers her Joovy bike! We've used it both indoors and outdoors, but with the rainy season upon us, she's happily using it indoors. She got the hang of it pretty quickly and maneuvers quite well. I love the bright pink color. The wheels are nice and smooth and I haven't noticed any large scratches or anything, especially after having it for nearly a month and using it daily. Seems like a very nice quality made bike. She hasn't fallen nor has the bike itself felt unsteady in any way where I need to worry. Plus, it's low to the ground anyway.Putting it together was easy once I found a video on you tube (from the manufacturer). I initially thought that the user manual was worthless as it just seemed to have a summary of how to put it together. Come to find out, if you open the very last page, at the END of the manual, there is a flap where they provide step-by-step instructions with photos. Not sure why it's hidden, but if you're searching, at least now you know.Overall, I find this bike to be a great buy and gift for someone!

After two kids, I am well exposed to the array of baby and kid products - and the range of instructions that come with those products. I have had products that are as easy as snapping together and also products that require translations, riddle solving and tools that do not come in standard tool sets.This Joovy Scooter is on the easy end of the assembly spectrum. A couple twists of the included allen wrench and you are ready to go. It takes almost no time at all — which is a huge gift to parents.Since assembly is quick, this makes gift-giving really convenient. You can keep it in the box without having to worry about setting aside an hour of party time to assemble. It also requires no batteries so — double win. Everything you need is in the box.The only bummer is that the seat is not adjustable which makes the life span of this scooter shorter for your particular kid - especially since kids at this young age grow so quickly.For the under $100 price though, it’s still worth the enjoyment your son or daughter will get from it for the months their leg length will allow it.I hope this review is helpful.

Review for: 'Joovy Skoot' Balance Bike for toddlersVery easy to assembly - there are only four parts.- Install the front wheel (remove the black plastic plug and insert the tube up through the frame)- Install the handlebars (remove the fixed sleeve, snap it into place on the frame, insert handlebars and tighten)- Install the seat (remove the protective plug, remove the nut and bolt, place the seat on the frame tube, install the nut and bolt and tighten).Attractive design and it appears to be very well-made. Granddaughter loves it - would recommend

My just turned one-year old has been afraid of every first balance bike we've put her on up to this point. She loves pushing things but some reason the balance bikes have scared her. She LOVES this one. I think it may be because the seat is padded and the wheels are wider so she feels more sturdy. It was super easy to put together and I love that the handles have multiple heights you can adjust.

Got this for my nephew and he immediately loved it. It was very easy to assemble, four pieces in box and didn't even need the manual. Also it is much sturdier than I expected. Looked very plastic in the pictures, but it just seems to be covers for the metal frame. I do believe this will be helpful as well getting used to the feel of something closer to a proper bicycle for when that time comes.Overall, excellent product.
