Needed something to help brighten up my photos for my online store, and this LED light kit provided way more than I was expecting for the money. Everything is durable. The stands are strong and the movement smooth. The hardware is top notch. The lights themselves have dimming capability, which is nice. The best little extra by far was the full set of colored gels included for each light. They even have a shaded one and a clear opaque gel as well. I ended up getting case for the lights just to protect them and make everything easy to transport.The only thing I can say as far as downsides... the USB cords could be a little longer. As you can see in my photos, the one I had to work around to start, but I ordered a couple 10' USB extension cords for a few bucks and, bam, problem solved! The only other problem I could see is the bases when extended are fairly compact, meaning that they could be easy to tip over if you weren't careful. But I understand the bases have to be narrower for the compact size. I mean, everything fit, assembled, into a 22x14x8 case with room to spare.

Pros: Great quality for the price. Lights are bright and brightness can be adjusted for dimmer settings. Switch used to power on/off and to adjust lighting is easy to use. Easy to switch out color screens. Many colors to choose from. Tripods are easy to assemble and store.Cons: Tripods are not very tall so getting overhead lighting is not possible unless placed on taller tripod or used for lighting lower objects. Cable to plug in is not very long so light will need to be close to outlet unless on an extension cord. USB plugin ports are not included so will need to purchase separately in order to plug into electrical outlet.

Originally got these for my wife and green screen stuff but she hasn't been using it so I stole them put them in my shed and hooked them up to solar lights puts out nice light low power consumption different lenses if u want . One of them is actually on top of a CNC machine enclosure I had built lol. Tripods are nice but will want weights on base or something if u have heavy people traffic by them so they don't get knocked over. Nice price seem good quality I like them.

The lights are bright and come with different filters for different colors and lighting. Very bright and excellent for all video needs.

So the only perk is the brightness & clarity of the light is decent. Product quality & construction is junk. The base is so narrow & lightweight any movement & the lights fall over. The phone holder is a good idea but horribly executed, it is a pain to angle the phone & stream without the light sitting right between your legs. Ultimately the lesson to be learned, you get what you pay for, buy cheap, get junk.

I became a content creator and noticed every time I created a video, it was too dark and looked amateur in quality which hurt the views on my video. I needed more light in my videos to get them to the next level. I'm not making money yet on my videos, so I wanted to spend only a little on equipment until I did. I researched lights and found this one. I am delighted with these lights; they have improved the quality of my videos. I'm also happy I can change the color of the lights to fit different types of videos, and the stand is sturdy and has an attachment to pop in my smartphone if needed, which helps with family pictures as well. Great lights for the price, and I recommend them to anyone starting as a content creator or photographer or to give your family pictures that extra pop!

Pretty good lighting and I like that they come in a set. Instructions were minimal but fairly easy to follow. Only complaint was the way the colored film attaches to the light. If you could slide them into a slot instead of little one-use stickers, it would increase the quality of the lights.
