I truly did not want to cover the midnight color the new macbook air comes in because that was one of the reasons I bought it, but when I previewed the laptop in Costco, the guy who worked there warned me it would be a fingerprint magnet. He was not wrong. I went one week without a case on it and I couldn’t take it anymore- fingerprints everywhere!! I considered get a clear case because I wanted the color to still show, but the clear reminded me of Invisalign for a laptop LOL also I couldn’t 100% guarantee the clear case wouldn’t also be a pain to keep clean of scratches and fingerprints. I decided to go with a color that would compliment the midnight blue that is the laptop. I’m so happy with this choice- lavender gray is the MOVE.It’s crisp, clean, lightweight and was super easy to snap on. I love the dust covers for the ports on both sides. I haven’t decided if I’ll leave the keyboard cover on it yet because it kind of just lays on top. Also since they keys themselves light up, the words on the keyboard don’t entirely align and you can’t really see the lit keyboard (picture included showing what I mean, and no it's not just your eyes or a blurry picture. the keyboard cover creates this blurred effect since the words don't match up). I’ve seen other reviews complaining about the screen protector not coming with instructions, which it doesn’t, but if you’ve used screen protectors before it’s exactly like others. I made sure to clean my screen with a microfiber cloth, did an alcohol wipe cleanse, used light tape to get dust off, and went over it with a credit card to smooth it out but still ended up with minor bubbles. They’re not that irritating but it’s better than leaving my screen exposed at this point lol. You can only tell when the screen is black, not really when the screen is on.Honestly for the price, it’s worth the purchase imo. Apple doesn’t even make cases for this model which is so strange lol they only make sleeve covers as of right now. Overall 9/10!

Other than being cute-because it’s so sparkly …it fit well, seems to be durable, and was a good price point! May get another for a different look moving forward. For a Space Grey MacBook Air the clear sparkly cover subtly enhances the look of the cover- not gaudy (plus)The MacBook has pads at the bottom which really don’t make it less slippery. This cover has rubber feet. (Plus) They help make the laptop stay in place.Recommend if you like these things. Don’t know about longevity since I just got it. *Also I don’t use the key cover strip that comes with it. But it fits. Just a personal choice. :)

Love the way this looks and feels, yet it’s sturdy enough to feel like it’s going to help protect my MacBook if I drop it. The only downside is the skin for the keyboard. It’s to flimsy and just keeps falling off.

For the most part, I love this laptop protection set. The keyboard cover fits nicely on the keys, the cover snaps into place easily and looks lovely, and I’m glad I have a screen protector and plugs for the holes in the side. The only downsides are that the plugs don’t always stay in, the screen protector is hard to put on perfectly without getting air bubbles in it, and the case has a small spot where a little piece has cracked off. All in all it’s great for the price and looks beautiful on my laptop, so if you’re on the fence I would go for it!

I recently purchased the M2 MacBook Air in midnight color and wanted to make sure I get a reliable case to prevent scratches and fingerprints while still being able to show the color. I usually purchase products on Amazon with a lot of reviews, but I could not find a product online that really gave me relief that it would fit the new MacBook Air. When I came across May Chen's product, there were only ~22 reviews, and all of these reviews mentioned that the case fit perfectly. While I was still not 100% sure, I decided to give this brand a try.I ordered the transparent, clear color because I wanted the midnight color to be visible. When I first received the product, I was disappointed because the top cover had permanent scratch marks from packaging that tainted the appearance of my new laptop. When I contacted the seller, I immediately got a response (within 15 minutes) that said they will send a replacement. In a week, I received a brand new case that was flawless with better packaging. I am extremely happy with this case because it is lightweight/thin, does not require too much force when putting on the laptop, and is easily removable without leaving scratch marks. I was also surprised to find that it came with these little hole blockers (?) for the charging, earphone, and thunderbolt ports to prevent dust from entering.Overall, I would highly recommend purchasing May Chen's case! Also want to thank them for their excellent customer service.

It’s actually a little unbelievable how terrible of quality this thing is. I barely dropped my MacBook, I’m talking like i picked it up and it slipped out of my hand onto the table, less than a foot down, and the corner cracked.I mean, i guess it did its job and protected my MacBook but wow, brittle.Worse than that, it scratches like you wouldn’t believe. It looks absolutely AWFUL. You would think i took this cover outside on the asphalt and dragged it along the road. It is literally COVERED in scratches. This stays in my room on a shelf when not in use, and i have never left my house with it. For it to look as terrible as it does in the 2 months i have had it is honestly unacceptable. Especially for how little wear and tear it has. I have no idea how it got them(????)PASS ON THIS ONE- you will be happier with a piece of cardboard taped to your MacBook.

A qualidade é ótima e a cor linda. O único ponto negativo é que ela esconde a maçã e tbm não tem desenho!Fora isso, tudo ótimo!

The case is easy to put on and take off. Both top and bottom case fit well on the laptop. The port covers are nice to have, as well as the keyboard cover. The screen protector film keeps dirt and finger print off. Overall, the case gives the laptop a clean look. I'm satisfied.

The case is translucent purple, super sparkly and looks fantastic on my 2022 M2 MacBook Air. It's easy to fit and clips in securely.However the provided keyboard cover is the wrong one for this model. It has a different layout regarding the return key area on the right to the one on the laptop's keyboard, see my photo! Other than this I would have given it 5 stars. I suggest the manufacturer look into this and provide the correct keyboard cover!
