I saw similar reviews prior to purchasing this product, but thought how bad could it be? It has been difficult for me. The bottle is made of a thick "Plastic" I think. The product is thick and does a nice job of moisturizing. Problem is, I can hardly get the product out of the bottle. The bottle is too thick to squeeze out the product - I find myself using 2 hands while I shake the bottle. The bottle tends to slide right out of my hand - not real desirable when in the shower.
