Tried most of the other phone holders (vent clamp, window suction, dash-mounted 'claw', a ridiculous sticky flubber kinda thing...) They all had serious issues; either the phone wouldn't stay in place, would be very difficult to attach/remove, or they'd block visibility. This little thing suffers from none of the above.Absolutely perfect for someone who's in and out of the car often, or wants to pick up phone when stopped and replace easily again before moving off. (The magnet is strong enough to hold the phone without a hint of slippage, through potholes, speed-bumps, on the motorway etc. but requires only a tiny amount of effort to remove/rotate)Just be sure to follow the instructions; find a smooth, flat surface, clean it, press down hard for at least 10s when sticking and leave it alone for a few hours. Mine is now practically welded to the dashboard! (Fifty not-so-gentle miles so far on all manner of roads and the mount or phone have yet to budge!)

The concept of this product is amazing. When it works best phone holder I've had. Phone says put even on slightly rough ground and remove easily when needed. It's downside however is getting the magnetic pads to stay stuck to the phone. The strength of the magnet pulled off the big pad and eventually saw the demise of the smaller pad. So sadly I now have nothing to get the phone to stay stuck to the holder 😣😣😣 after being contacted by their customer service a replacement is being sent and my comments were taken on board and passed on to the manufacturer. Will let you know more when replacement arrives.

This is a really good solution for holding your phone in the car. The ones that fit in vents never seem to work properly for me. Attaching a sucker to the windscreen is more stable but will block the view to some extent if you put it where you can see it!This also has the advantage of just placing the phone rather than having to fiddle around with clamps etc. The mount is extremely adjustable in all directions so you should be able to find a good place to mount it. It's worth taking a lot of time over this to find the ideal place.Some people might not like having to stick a metal pad on their phones and it will interfere with wireless charging if you mount it over the charging coil. I use a case with the thin metal plate stuck inside it which works well.Be careful when fixing the mount. Make sure you clean the surface really well (I used methylated spirit). Press the mount down firmly for the recommended time when you fix it, and don't use it for a few hours.

I wanted a car holder that was within easy acess ,so not reaching towards the windscreen etc. I was dubious on how well this would work, but must say im suprised by the quality considering the cost.The holder itself sticks well to the surface(remember to clean the area first) and you are supplied with two sizes of sticker metal (not sure of there names) to go onto the back of your phone on case. The connection is very strong, doing 70mph on the motorway and no movement.I have this in my bmw e46, there is a lack of places to put it, but as its multidirectional and once stuck down very sturdy. Highly recommended

I purchased 1 on a whim for a long journey so i could put my ipod on it, installation instructions are very clear, simply choose a relatively flat area of dashboard, give it a clean then stick it on! Push it on for 10 seconds then leave for 3 hours before use so the adhesive takes.I was so impressed I bought a second one for my van!The pack comes with 2 backing plates for your phone/ipod/whatever so we now have them on my phone, my partners phone and my ipod.Going over bumps etc the magnets held perfectly but when you want to remove your phone it comes off easily. And being on a ball adjusting the position is no issue at all.Highly recommend this product!

Wanted to fit it to my Audi A1 but it has a curved dashboard but there is a little flat section between the air vents and owing to the small sticky foot it fitted perfectly there and is great to view also. Easy to fit and I am well pleased with it. I am using an iPhone 6s with case and the magnet works fine also through the case. No problems!

This is great. A tiny little ball-bearing type thing sticks firmly to your dashboard - I think it needs a smooth surface, not sure how good it'll be on a dimpled dash. On to the ball bearing sits a magnetic disc that rotates around freely on the ball - it's good enough to hold your phone, so don't worry about it sipping. Then you put a very thin metal disc inside you phone case, or just stick it to the back of your phone, and then you phone is magnetically held to the dash. Brilliant! Simply brilliant!I tried this today and it worked great, both vertically and horizontally, no slips, no drops, just perfect.Inside the package, you get 2 metal discs of 2 sizes, so you could use 2 different phones, or a sat nat and a phone - at different times of course. I also got 2 spare sticky pads, allowing me to move the dashboard bit and stick it somewhere else. I initially put it in the wrong position - too low down, so I pulled it off and repositioned it higher up. I didn't need a spare sticky pad, but it's nice to know I've got them spare.So, just bought another 2, one for the wife and one for the daughter. This is really the best phone holder I've found. I might get another so I can position my phone next to my work computer. They are cheap enough to put everywhere.

Having bought ones that pluged into your airvents,i found they were rather cheap and wanted something a bit my sturdy.After reading the reviews on here i thought i woyld give this a go.Getting out of box i was supprised how heavy and well made it was.You stick a magnet on you mobile/tablet,then the holder on dash of your vehicle Yoy even get some wipes to clean dash,and some spare stickers/magnets which i thought was a great touch.I havnt done a full summer yet in sun,so will be intrested to see how glue holds up on it stuck on dash board of my campervan,but so far am well impressed a well made & sturdy stylish item that seems up to the job.
