Roughly how long would a 1kg tub last having 1or 2 shakes a day?

Sorry if this come across as patronising but some of the arithmetic previously posted is at best, very dubious. The full tub contains 1Kg (1000g) of powder. It takes 2 x 25g (i.e. 50g) scoops in about 300 of water or skimmed milk to make one shake. 1000/50 = 20 so a tub makes 20 shakes. If you have 2 shakes per day that means the tub will last for 10 days. If you plan to do this for a month, you will need 3 tubs. I recommend one of each, chocolate, strawberry and (my favourite flavour) vanilla. Dont forget to have a ballanced meal (preferably at mid day) and you will still also need to do some exercise to lose weight effectively. Hope this helps.

5 hours keep me full i drinking 7am day starting 12md like a lunch and 5 o clock I eat my health meal
