Meal Prep Haven Stackable Reusable 3 Compartment Food Containers with Lids, Set of 7

I purchased these containers as im on a strict carb cycling diet which requires eating 6 meals a day. I bought these to prep my meals for the week. They arrived neatly packed slotted inside each other with cellophane all the way around. They are black with a white/clear see through lid. They have 1 large compartment and 2 smaller ones so ideal for separating meats, nuts and veg or whatever else you choose.The best part about these is that they slot inside each other so they take up minimal room. I don't really have a lot of room in the kitchen so I'm always happy when I find items that pack away neatly. I put these through the dishwasher with ease, they don't ruin or warp. they state microwaveable but I haven't tried yet. When securing the lid make sure you follow it all the way round as I tried to press the lid down from the centre but broke it. I received these very quickly and ordered 2 sets, 14 in total. I would definitely order these again and would recommend to anyone looking for prep boxes.

Brilliant, brilliant, brilliant! Fabulous product that just lasts whatever you do with it... I have been using them a lot for the last couple of months and they look like new and more importantly still seal like they are new! I have other products in the line, but this design is my favourite.They are brilliant if you are eating healthily and help with portion control, I fill the half section with my veg, then quarter with carbs and the other quarter with protein - I can meal prep for a week of very healthy, diet friendly lunches.Brilliant for loading up the freezer too - absolute dream product!

I like this product, it arrived in good time and was packed well. The trays are a good size and really help with portion control. They are fairly strong and sturdy but not leak proof. You need to make sure you firmly run your fingers around the edge of the box when closing the lid to keep it secure. Dissapointly they are not leak proof so advisable to keep them flat at all times. They do stack well in the fridge and are great for the microwave.

The Meal Prep cases have transformed my eating habitsThey are a great size, fit together for easy storage and go straight from freezer to microwave to dishwasher without any loss of integrity.The lids fit perfectly despite being a little stiff upon first use, but this is understandable as after a few uses they can be applied and removed super quickOverall, If you plan on starting meal prep then these are the food containers you want... Mine arrived today.. paid full price.there are of a good size and seem reasonably sturdy .The lid is fiddly to fit secure . However proven not water/liquid proof as runs out. So also not air tight.I chose because of size and ideal for my bag.Need to build myself up so on a diet of sweet potato, veg, chicken or meat.With weight traing sessions..Will update later.

These have made my diet SO much easier. I do gym classes and the times they start usually leave me very little time between getting home from work and leaving again to go to the gym but I'm the absolute worst for decision making on my food at that time, I will just open and eat whatever I fancy. I meal prep 7 of these on a Sunday with part steamed carrots/broccoli and spinach (part cooking is important, they finish cooking in the microwave) raw egg whites and grapes. I take out the frozen grapes prior to microwaving and then put them back in after. It results in a healthy 200cals meal that's quick and easy.They're dishwasher safe which is another big plus. Be careful when taking off the lid when coming out of the freezer, I was a bit heavy handed with one and cracked it a bit, but that is still fine for how I use them as I am not transporting them anywhere.***UPDATE****So I got these at the beginning of September, and it's now 2nd November. 4 of the 7 have split, or broken, or in one case split clean in half (I was removing the lid on it). Really disappointing because for a while they were perfect.I think the problem is that they become more and more brittle with each wash and freeze. I changed my rating from 5 to 2 stars, because they were great for a while, but they just didn't last that long

Using the containers to control my portion sizes has been brilliant and so easy to do.As a result I have been able to eat healthily, and in sufficient quantity to not only not feel too hungry, but have also lost 4lbs in just my first week. I drink plenty of water so I know it's not just water weight.Really looking forward to achieving my weight and health goals.

Just what I was looking for. Feel slightly flimsy at first but that's in comparison to traditional Tupperware containers. Far more durable than I expected and make life so much easier being able to split the food, I.e Protein, Carbs, Fats if following a plan.

They are fine for dry foods but certainly are not leakproof and if you tilt the container, food from one section can leak into the others. meh.

If your goal with these is to have something to leave in the fridge at home, you should be fine.I however got these with the intent of bringing prepped meals to work daily. The lids of these are poorly constructed and can only be described as 'flimsy and shoddy'. I purchased two packages of 7 and 14 out of 14 are like this - it is a design flaw.It is impossible to get the tops to snap down and stay sealed. It does not have a proper lip or edge at all. By comparison, the lid on a soup container from any Chinese restaurant is Fort Knox. Unless you can keep it perfectly level and wrapped in plastic, do not expect it to remain closed at even the slightest jostling. Carrying this in a backpack is not an option.

Thwse are great for the most part. However one of mine broke after the first use. Not sure how oe why but it did. The others ones seem to be fine.

These containers are perfect for meal prep! I send them with my husband to work each day with his snack and lunch.
