The Easy Massage Workbook Paperback – 4 Feb. 2010

I have just started a course on aromatherapy and it was suggest that I read this book. It is an excellent book easy to read and follow. I would highly recommend it to anyone that is interest in massage.

Very easy to read and the instructions so simple pictures very visual.Very useful to know what you should or shouldn't do, useful tips.

A basic but easy to follow book for those of us who have no idea how to massage. Previously I just rubbed how and where I thought I was meant to but hopefully this book will give me some guidance on different techniques and has good sections on performing massages on different parts of the body. My wife always appreciates my massages (when she can convince me to give her one) but hopefully this book will improve my technique further. Hopefully she'll have a flick through the book too!Thanks also for the fantastically quick delivery!

Very good guide to massage. Very clear instruction and the cd is very useful to follow along with the book.

I bought two books on massage. "The Easy Massage Workbook" and "The Complete Book of Massage" by Atkinson & Floyd. The latter has more detail (specific parts of the body) and puts the former to shame in terms of overall content (quality and quantity).

Not sure if this book loves up to the name, it's ok but I have to say it's for complete beginners as it told me nothing new. Massage is not great to learn from a book..... hands on is the only way. Once you start training books like this one are not much help, so I guess could be aimed at someone looking for a 'hobby' or not so serious massage work. If so this book has clear pictures and detail to help theoretically but cant really help develop technique.

A good first steps to massage. Has helped me a lot and good to refer back to.Very happy with it.
