Recommend it
Tried this out for the first time for a nine hour flight last week - it's a neck pillow. So it's never going to be anywhere like a normal sleep, unlike the ads like to make you believe. But for a neck pillow it's definitely the least bad I have ever tried. I like the way it sits like a scarf, it's light and easier to attach to a backpack then a traditional neck pillow, and it does provide lots more support than a normal neck pillow. Before the trip, I tried it on just for watching TV at home and actually thought it was so comfy I kept it on for a while to doze a little. It looks a bit more stylish than a neck pillow too. I recommend it, though I think it's still very expensive for what is essentially a scarf and a piece of plastic.

Bought two - my husband was a big fan
I bought two Trtl Travel Pillows for a recent long air trip—one for me and one for my husband. While mine was fine, I didn’t find it as supportive as I expected, but my husband thought it was excellent! The soft, plush material is definitely comfortable, and the shoulder support helps keep your neck in a good position. For me, it took a bit of getting used to, but my husband found it super cozy and actually fell asleep easily with it. The design is unique and compact, making it easy to pack, and the pillow stays in place around your neck, which is a big plus for long flights. If you’re someone who likes more neck support and comfort, this might be perfect for you. My husband is a big fan and says it’s the best travel pillow he’s ever used!

Compact and comfortable
This neck pillow is soft and supportive perfect for long flights or car rides. It keeps my neck relaxed, doesn’t flatten, and the cover is soft and breathable. Compact and easy to pack, it’s a must-have for anyone who wants to travel comfortably.

Not awful, but...
I really wanted to love this. It is not a bad product and I think there is a lot of personal preference. But I just don't find it particularly comfortable. And it is more fiddly than most designs to get in the right position. It is as bulky if not more so than other more normal designed pillows which I was surprised at. I used it a couple of times of long distance flights and then just stopped. No discomfort or anything especially bad. It just was not worth the hassle. Would not buy this design again, and given the price I was disappointed.

Great product
I resisted buying this for a long time because of the cost, but it's worth it. I travel a lot and it's vastly improved my quality of sleep. Absolutely love it.

Too complicated and expensive to use
It was too complicated for me and very expensive for what it was so I returned it unused.

Customer service is good - EDIT to original review
I originally wrote the review stating - “Don’t fall for the hype!!!! Given the price and reviews, I thought it would be great. The reality is I fell for the hype and been a fool. In a nutshell, it’s cxxx! I really tried to like this product and followed instructions to get comfortable; tried using on plane, train and my travels, but to no avail. You are better off using a rolled up towel or blanket to get better neck support that piece of junk. I eventually bought a £9.99 neck pillow which was fantastic compared to this. I’ve now thrown this Trtl junk in the bin as it is not even worth keeping as expensive paper weight. Note you are likely to injure your neck as it places strain on opposite side of your neck where it wraps around to hold the product in place. Also you can’t use AirPods/ headphones as the stiff neck brace gets in the way.” I still stand by the review on the product and the product is not for me. But I have to give credit where due. The TRTL team proactively reached out and offered a refund. This was surprising and welcomed; and whilst I’ve no obligation to change my views, I’ve updated the review to 4 stars to acknowledge the fact that they have got the ‘customer service’ right. In the age of where many companies gets this wrong, putting customer first, genuinely listening to what they have to say and satisfying customers is rare. Keep up the good work TRTL team!
