I am surprisingly pleased. Equally as good as crest if not better in my case. These caused less sensitivity using the comparison table that came with them I saw my shade had in fact become 2 shades whiter with just 3 uses. With most teeth whitening strips there will always be sensitivity. So I avoid brushing my teeth for at least 4 hours before I use these, I left them on for 50 mins rather than the hour. After using the strips and rinsing my mouth thoroughly I drink a cup of milk (not ice cold) and then coat my teeth with a sensitive toothpaste (Colgate pro-relief). I regularly use the sensitive mouth wash (in the Colgate range also). If you do get some sensitivity I do recommend some pain killers with the above routine. Though I have found pain killers not to be needed with these where as with crest, I found myself in agony. Will definitely keep it up. This should be kept as a routine (Two weeks every 3 months) I found worked well for me and my teeth didn't return to previous colour they remained bright and white (not Hollywood horse mouth white - as one must remember celebrities teeth are equally as fake as dentures with implants etc..not their real teeth).,

I purchased these strips as a cheaper alternative to Crest Whitining strips and was able to achieve 5 shades whiter from shade 9 ( I'm a big coffee drinker) to shade 4. There was an initial whiting affect from the first treatment then a slower whiting affect over the course of treatment. I experienced NO sensitivity on my gums, but it did take me a few attempts to get the strips correctly positioned on my teeth and a few strips were wasted in the process. I dried my teeth with a tissue before applying the strips and then rubbed the teeth with the tissue once the strips were in position to get a good close contact on the teeth surface. I wore the strips for a minimum of an hour every day and was able to drink without any problems and even go shopping or to a appointment without issue. The results in the picture are after using the complete 28 strips. The before side was in taken in my bedroom looking in the mirror, the after side was taken in my bedroom facing the window in normal day light! I have a wedding to attend in the summer so wanted to achieve a whiter smile for that. I will be reordering these strips and topping up my whiting when I feel the need.

They arrived like they were old not like the previous orders and the product was all off

I have finally got round to using these after ordering them a couple of months ago. I checked the enclosed tooth colour chart against my teeth and mine I would say were at the darkest end of the scale. I drink coffee very often, eat curry often and have several other types of teas - red bush, normal tea, which all cause staining.I am on my 11th day, I noted a couple of areas of yellowing, and these strips have removed them. There's definitely a difference between my front teeth compared to the ones towards the edges of the strips, as I suppose that the front teeth are flatter and the strips adhere to them more. When I attach the strips, I grit my teeth and breath in and out a few times to dry my teeth before applying. I push them into my teeth by running my finger over the strips to try to fill all the gaps.I would recommend these as they make a noticable difference, for a low price.

I got these after my brother and his girlfriend started using them,with significant results.i generally only review stuff if its great,or bloody awful,and these are great.Ive never smoked or drank tea or coffee...however i had a serious diet coke addiction for about 10years,where i drank literally nothing else,sometimes drinking up to 10 cans a day,sometimes 2 2litre bottles.every day.consideringvthe amount i drank,im surprised i have any teeth left!they a a yellow colour,not overly dark,but then ive spent HUNDREDS of pounds in teeth whitening products.ive tried everything,toothpaste,charcoal,whitening kits,mouth washes ,lemon and bicarb powder,even as going as far as paying for a kit with custom teeth trays from a well known celebrity clinic in london.everything took my teeth a shade whiter(so pale yellow) or less.Anyway...i got these today,and my teeth were darker than the darkest tooth on the comparision chart.so i brushed my teeth,followed the instructions and applied the strips.i then went riding,amd came back an hour and a half later,and removed the strips.i brushed my teeth to get amy residue off and..MY TEETH ARE LITERALLY ON SHADE 8-9 ON THE CHART(goes up to twelve and my teeth were off the scale darker)I CANT STOP LOOKING IN THE MIRROR!!im so impressed withthese.im going to do another one tomorrow,as ive got a wedding to go to on friday,so even another shade lighter and i will be amazed!the only reason i gave 4 out of 5 stars is because i got VERY thirsty with these on,and my mouth got quite sticky at the back of my teeth,however i had some water whilst wearing them and it was fine!also,id recommend lipbalm whikst using these,as your lips can get dried out quickly.ps...i gave the diet coke up in june this year..i now have it very very occassionally,as i dont drink alcohol either,i have it as my "party " drink now,so hopefully they will stay the colour that they are!
